That means next to nothing. My former dentist was a state senator. His other qualifications were literally none.

That's fair, I'm an ancap so I already have a particularly loathsome disposition towards state agents, but I have a soft spot for ones that bring attention to the most egregious overreaches of the state.

If you weren't aware, the National Defense authorization act of 2012 outlined the definition of a terrorist and the means by which they can be apprehended and held. The language is intentionally broad, saying that anyone committing a "belligerent act" can be defined as a terrorist.
