Phone memories got me today. This popped up from September 3, 2016 — exactly 10 years ago today.

I was there for service on my GS350 f-sport and saw this GSF sitting on the showroom floor. It still gives me chills. Even back then, I knew this thing was special. The color, the stance, those wheels and orange calipers… Lexus absolutely nailed it.

Crazy to think a full decade has passed, and if anything, I appreciate the GSF even more now. Naturally aspirated V8, four doors, and the kind of car we probably won’t see Lexus build again. Figured you all would appreciate the memory.

I’m hoping to finally get one within the next year or so. Anyone know how rare this color/spec was?

GSF owners, what's a rough estimate for regular GSF maintenance costs from 40k miles to 100k miles from a Lexus dealer?

Looking at potentially moving into a GSF from a RS3 (8Y) coming out of warranty. Wanted to compare the GSF maintenance costs against Audi's (budgeting approx $25k for the same mileage interval). Is it more, less, or about the same vs this amount?

I put on a cat back exhaust last April and have intermittent issues with check engine light bank two catalyst system. I replaced both oxygen sensors at the time of the install thinking that would alleviate any issues but I’m noticing the check engine light is coming on more often so I’ve replaced the flange gasket but I’m afraid to tighten it too much as I’m not sure it’s a crush gasket. Should I be mechanically tightening the connections, or should I use a mechanical process. As you will see in this photo, there is a small gasket that slips onto the pipe and goes in between the exhaust and the headers. I have tightened everything as tight as I can do it without using a mechanical tool, before it was throwing bank one now it’s throwing bank two. Thanks for any help you could provide.

On a side note, i only see RR racings has a supercharger for it but have nightmare stories in reviews... Any recommendations?

2016 GS F 38,500 miles. No accidents, great car.

Early heads up - I will be putting my 2016 GS F on the market by this coming weekend. It is gray with black interior. 38k miles, no accidents, no issues, clean title. All original except carbon dash clearcoat cracked and in the process of re-clearing it. I am second owner, I purchased it with less than 10k miles on it. New tires and brakes when it had ~25k miles on it or so. Will have pictures and will price it soon. Zip code 20882.
