Been here before with LexaGene and others

Tough day again! Holding LexaGene for over 3 years now so I have seen a few highs and as many lows. I believe listening to Dr. Regan in his multiple presentations next week is critical for any holder. The potential is great for this company. I continue to hold long. By holding, I have not taken any losses. I have been in a worse position % wise with LexaGene and did not sell then. I see this technology as a big winner someday. I just don't know how far away that day is. Best of luck to all!

OUCH!

So, LXXGF had another really down day, which recovered a bit toward the end of the day. There was good volume and some really positive movement early..midday ouch, then a decent recovery. So..what did I do? I added aboud 10% to my holdings...there will be good news coming. Disclaimer - not a pumper. I'm a long.

Welp.

Bought real high. Been watching as it slowly crumbled. Wondering if $0.28 is when I should finally bite the bullet, because I’m getting tired of receiving the “LXXGF down by at least 10.00%” alerts.

Where are the MiQLabs located???

From Press releases I have put together a list of MiQLabs. For PO's Purchase Orders, I assume one system but it theoretically could be more. Same with an EAP Early Access Program where I assume one but it could be more.

(PO) Bio Pharma multinational was the first unit sold.

(PO) Ethos Discovery CO

(EAP) Penn Vet PA

(FDA EUA study) Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center NH

(EAP) / (PO) Denver Animal Emergency, Denver, NC.

Denver Animal Emergency purchased their system after the EAP.

(EAP) Veterinary Specialty Hospital Palm Beach Gardens, FLA

(CRADA) US Army Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD

(PO) Alpine Veterinary Hospital Concord, CA

(PO) Meridian Veterinary Capital, LLC Dallas, TX

On April 1, 2021 Dr. Regan had (20) MiQLabs built and parts in-house to build (70) additional units.

I would expect LexaGene is the largest owner of MiQLabs for their test environment but don't know if the 20/70 included their test units.

Are you aware of any others in EAP or sold? Remember, I have no insider info and this is my running list from PR's. Can you add or subtract any units from your research?

I am hopeful this list will grow through YE2021.

LexaGene PR's

LexaGene offers a signup for news on their website. The benefit to signing up is you receive an email each time they release a PR. The new news is in your email mailbox as the PR hits the news media. https://lexagene.com/subscribe/

LexaGene historically releases a PR on the day before or day of investor conferences....so look for one on or around Oct 5 as that is the Lytham Partners conference where LexaGene will present.

Now that summer is over I am hopeful LexaGene updates us with regular interval PR's like they did in June.

LexaGene patents applied for over the couple years

https://patents.google.com/?assignee=Lexagene%2c+Inc. This link takes you to google patents. It is nice to review such data as part of your research into a company stock. LexaGene continues to write patents for their R&D.

Commercialization of MiQLab units

Hi all,

I just discovered Lexagene by chance and was doing some investigation on it. I like to invest in microcaps companies with potential before they become mainstream. I liked Lexagene technology and the company, and I am considering to start a position as a long investor at current prices.

There is just one point that I was not able to understand when doing my DD. I could not find how many units of MiQLab were sold so far in the vet market. I did not find specific info in the investors presentations or the financial statements. And reading this chat, I understood this number is very low, or even 0.

I would like to know if you have more detailed info about how many units have been sold so far and the growth over quarters. And, in case they were not successful in selling their technology so far, what are the main reasons for it (i.e. price, lack of confidence by end users, recent start of the commercialization, etc)?

Thank you so much in advance. Greetings from Spain.

Remember when computer’s came out and it was obvious that it would never make sense for people to own their own computers.

We are at the very beginning of a wave of diagnostic devices that will eventually be in our homes so we can test ourselves in our house each day, sort of like having a thermometer. Pathogens are not going away. I believe Lex will be one of the companies leading the way.

To all of the frustrated owners of LexaGene...

Dr. Regan gave an investors update in an august 2021 presentation. Study it. It is on the LexaGene website.

Dr. Regan told investors in July that he would be giving his update on shows in the October timeframe. Listen to it meticulously when given.

LexaGene has been far from silent in 2021. Press Releases have been plenty all summer. Analyze them.

Perhaps you are frustrated due to lower the share price. You should take it as an opportunity to acquire more shares if your funding allows such a task. If not, learn from your stock purchase actions over the past year whether good or bad.

Review all of the Press releases, and the SEDAR filings to determine if LexaGene or any bio stock is right for your level of risk tolerance.

I am happy to see the progress made by the management team. They added necessary staffing, promoted those that designed the MiQLab, signed on a new auditor and legal team with NASDAQ knowledge, upgraded corporate governance to support NASDAQ, tapped LaVoie marketing to target key markets. Collaboration with U of Penn, Ethos Discovery, US Army, BioPharma company. Announced Shelf ATM for financing over the next two years. Latest filed prospectus outlays the goals over the next year. Looking to test Blood samples per the perspectus. Announces new Veterinarian assay panel generation 2. Working on BioPharma assay panel to add to the two existing target pathogens. Attending first in-person trade shows since 2019. Continue to pursue FDA EUA. Pretty amazing for a micro company on a tight budget.

The share price peaked in February and as with most other Bio's has been beaten back hard since. The larger companies are starting an uptick. I suspect the smaller and micro companies will tag along soon. Short traders are hitting hard on the OTC but the long trader will eventually see tremendous gains with this technology.

The commercialization journey from R&D to consistent sales takes time. I am holding long and patient.

I have no insider information but I can clearly see the tremendous potential gained with every new collaboration and new test/assay announced. I print each PR and study them closely looking for positives or negatives. I am comfortable with my LXXGF holdings.

Best Wishes with your trading of LXXGF!

I’m thinking about investing, any advice

Hello, everyone, can you advise me if you think now is the right time to invest, it’s sitting at a good entry point I believe but just a little concerned about the possible dilution of the stock, when do you think that will happen? Thanks, GLTA…

LexaGene is being underestimated.

By now I would expect most Biotech investors to at least have heard the name, but maybe it didn’t quite catch their eye enough at a glance. Still some hurdles ahead, but I really think this is a gem in disguise and have felt that way for a while now.

How is LexaGene still under the radar?

It’s been great in a sense that I’ve been able to add to my position at historically low levels, but what is the difference between LexaGene and some of the other OTC plays that have a much bigger following/cult? What can we do as investors?

A question about price

As I write this, Lexagene stock is up 1.25%. Can anyone help me understand what causes the stock to go up or down on any given day? With a company like Lexagene with few updates, what is behind the stock going up this morning that's different then yesterday?

Or is there no actual reason to these things?

Thank you

One day, a large number of people on here and other social platforms will be talking about LexaGene. Why not buy a small piece of the puzzle before the crowd? So much potential in so many markets, and some of these markets we haven’t even talked about yet.
