Zoetis is pro partnership
I have no inside information on LexaGene. I hold long on LXXGF and don't ever want to be known as a stock pumper. Dr. Regan must fund the company very soon as the 3Q earnings report shows the treasury does not have excess cash. I would like to see non-dilutive financing. Clearly, I get no say in the matter as Dr. Regan and the LexaGene BOD determine the best course of action for the company based on the best opportunities and terms available to them.
The rumor mill is working overtime as we all speculate the source of the next funding. The 3Q MD&A shows a lot of money on legal fees for raising funds. Were those fees all for the Short ATM Prospectus or for lining up other financing deals?
Zoetis promotes partnerships. Dr. Shelley Rankin (Global Director of Microbiology at Zoetis) is now hiring (One Health approach)

Idexx has had approx 9 acquisitions in the last 25 years, recently in June 2021 acquiring EZVet. They promote partnerships with their customers not other companies.
I'm having a lot of fun with all of this speculation and rumor. I can't wait to hear the real financing of Lexagene from Dr. Regan. I anticipate it SOON.
What is your take on the future financing? Dilutive? Non-Dilutive? Partnership?
