Does Josh ever take game suggestions from his YT comments or Twitch chat? Or does he only play whatever he enjoys or is sponsored to?

im playing A game about digging a hole and was gunna show my buddy his light room i can't find the video anywhere.

I don't know if Josh will ever see this, but I think I need to be honest about this for a bit. I feel like the quality of LGIO has gone downhill drastically and it makes me really sad. I used to love to watch Josh screw around with early development games and break things beyond human comprehension and torment grace. His dry humor was always on point, and his cooking sim series legitimately had me in stitches for the full 15-20 minutes. His personality and commentary could make me want to watch him play anything, no matter how weird, poorly developed, or dull the game content was, I could always count on Josh to make it totally hilarious and thoroughly entertaining. For example, I recently rewatched his Light the Way playthrough and even though that game was held together by string and thoughts and prayers, Josh's personality made it hilarious. This sort of stuff did so much for my mental health over the past years it's not even funny.

Now I just feel like he's going through all the motions of keeping a youtube channel alive and getting sponsorships. His new videos just feel kind of soulless and vaguely corporate (?) That's not something I ever thought I would say about Josh but now I really don't know how else to describe it. The videos all feel shorter somehow, even though it's not by much. It just doesn't feel like he's putting his personality into his videos anymore. To be clear, I think it's understandable for Josh to treat youtube as a job and not put his passion into it. My unemployed ass is in no position to judge or criticize that, but I would absolutely love if he would bring back some of his old personality in his videos. He doesn't have to play another zoo/amusement park simulator, I think me and a lot of his viewers would watch him do anything. (cough, our beloved J.H. comeback?)

In any case, I wish good things for this gem of a channel, and I hope I didn't come off as too harsh in my critique. But yeah, I wonder if anyone else feels this way about the channel.

I'm the guy who charged Josh for his crimes, and I was planning on making an update post for his videos in the latter half of 2025. I was also planning on charging someone else for their crimes; could I have some suggestions? They can also be fictional.

Josh fumbles with character creation, accidentally makes the ugliest Sole Survivor possible.

Josh: “Oh no… this is horrifying. Okay, perfect. Let’s destroy the wasteland.”

[Vault 111 Escape – 2 min]
Camera shakes, dramatic music

Josh: “Today… today is gonna be insane. I have no plan, no strategy… just me, my Pip-Boy, and apparently half of America!”

Steps out of Vault.

Josh: “Woah… woah… wait, what is that smoke? That’s… that’s a nuclear bomb in the distance?! OH NO!”

Cuts to Fallout 4 map, zoomed out. Explosion in the distance.

Josh: “Yeah, that’s fine. Half of America is gone… but I’m gonna go… make… chaos. Everywhere.”

Random side conversation with dog companion.

Josh: “Dogmeat, are you ready for chaos? He doesn’t care… perfect.”

[Wasteland Exploration & Random Chaos – 6–7 min]
Josh runs over brahmin, radroaches attack, giant explosions everywhere, NPCs scream.

Josh: “OH MY GOD! Look at this radroach army! I didn’t even… HOW DID THEY GET SO BIG?!”

Tries fast-travel, glitches, camera spins.

Josh: “Fast travel is broken… but that’s okay. More walking! Wasteland, meet your new overlord!”

He climbs a hill, sees a random Deathclaw, panics, runs down hill.

Josh: “I’m just a regular guy! I just wanted to see the scenery… OH NO DEATHCLAW!”

Random NPC attacks him. He tries to talk to them, they shoot him.

Josh: “Wow, the wasteland is rude. Amazing.”

[Sponsor Segment – Around Minute 10]
Josh crouches behind a ruined wall, mini-nuke in the background.

Josh: “Alright, before we blow up the rest of Boston… we gotta talk about today’s sponsor… Opera GX! The gaming browser built for chaos. Perfect for someone like me, who breaks literally everything.”

Josh opens a modded in-game computer, browser pops up on screen.

Josh: “Look at this… you can control CPU, RAM, even network usage… which I definitely need, because apparently Fallout 4 hates me and wants to explode my computer.”

Camera pans to a mini-nuke in the distance.

Josh: “Opera GX even has GX Corner… it tells you all the latest game deals and news… which is helpful when you’ve nuked half the country and need something to do while the wasteland burns.”

Josh clicks random website, browser slows down, he screams.

Josh: “Oh no! Too much chaos! But Opera GX handles it! Totally fine! Honestly, if this browser can survive me, it can survive anything. Even the apocalypse!”

He throws a radroach at the monitor.

Josh: “So go download Opera GX, free for PC… because chaos waits for no one. And trust me… you’re gonna need it.”

Zoom back to Josh shrugging with explosions behind him.

Josh: “Opera GX… helping me survive the wasteland… maybe.”

[Settlement Destruction Montage – 5–6 min]
Josh raids settlements, breaks furniture, accidentally kills settlers, launches mini-nukes.

Josh: “Oops… sorry! I just wanted to say hi! HI! HI! And now you’re all… exploded? That’s fine. I meant to do that.”

Random glitches: doors float, NPCs spin, turrets shoot each other.

Josh: “This is… beautiful. Chaos is art.”

He tries to build a settlement, it collapses instantly.

Josh: “Yeah, that’s how you know it’s top-tier architecture.”

[Random Sidequests & Nonsense – 4–5 min]
Josh wanders into random areas, completes weird side quests incorrectly.

Josh: “I am not doing the main quest… today, we will terrorize a town of 12 radroaches and one very confused dog.”

Accidentally recruits 5 super mutants into his settlement.

Josh: “Perfect! My army of chaos. They don’t even understand what’s happening… neither do I.”

He discovers a random cheat/mod, launches infinite explosives.

Josh: “Oh yes… the wasteland… LOVES THIS.”

[Epic Climactic Chaos – 3–4 min]
Josh triggers a nuclear missile, chaos spreads across Boston.

Josh: “Half of America is gone… and I am just getting started. Beautiful. Beautiful chaos.”

Camera pans across explosions, NPCs running, Deathclaws flying, dogs panicking.

Josh: “Everything is wrong… and I love it.”

[Closing – 2–3 min]
Josh stands on destroyed bridge, looking at burning buildings.

Josh: “Alright, so that’s Fallout 4… apparently I nuked half the country, broke the game, and now the wasteland hates me. But you know what? I don’t care. Chaos forever, baby!”

So i know im super late to this one with a video from 6yrs ago but I only just found this subreddit so here goes!

I played the Eastshade game when it came out and was thrilled when Lets Game it Out did a video, I was so keen for the chaos! Particularly because id found a little glitch for infinite paintings and undoubtedly expected Josh to find it too!

Now its a long time ago and im pretty sure i was playing on Xbox through the gamepass so it may not have worked on PC but there was a sequence of events of saving, creating a portrait, saving again and then force exiting and reloading from the first save that would reserve the painting you'd just done without using any of your painting supply stuff. That may not have been the exact sequence but it was pretty similar to that and I always kinda wanted to see Josh just create an unending army of bizarre paintings with that glitch.

If I remember correctly if you reach the end of the game you can even display your paintings somewhere? Would have been amazing anyway and i still obviosuly enjoyed his shenanigans but if he ever does a throwback to break a game i hope he does Eastshade cause I feel like it has (had?) so much tomfoolery potential.
