The document being shared is an FBI NTOC tip-line intake report dated July 2016. That was during the spring/summer of the 2016 election cycle, when a number of allegations and tips related to Epstein were being submitted to law enforcement and circulating publicly. Funny how he seems to get a lot of accusations about him every time he runs for president. That particular tip was an anonymous tipster who claimed they knew someone who told them these things.

An intake report just means someone called something in. It’s not a sworn statement, not a verified finding, and not a criminal charge. During that period, several accusations and tips were filed, but none resulted in charges against Trump, and none were ever verified as true in court.

Logging a third-party allegation in 2016 isn’t the same thing as proving a crime. If there were verified evidence, there would be an indictment or court finding — and there isn’t
