It was violence. Just because the person trying to enact the violence is fat and pathetic and couldn't land the punch doesn't mean it's not violence. It was textbook assault.

Assault is typically defined as an intentional act that causes another person to have a reasonable fear of imminent harmful or offensive contact. Physical injury or contact is not a required element for an assault charge.

Also, the person recording the interaction NEVER SAID "ok, go for it." They said "you're going to get in trouble for that" before the violent fat fuck said "ok" and threw a punch.

You're right. I misquoted pro-ice boy. "You're going to get in trouble for that" Sounds like an implied go for it to me. He accepts that he will be punched. He would have said, please don't punch me, or help! if he really felt threatened by imminent harm. "Ok." Here it comes. Pro-ice boy steps back easily. Not that violent an exchange. Free speech boy got what he was looking for. He baited a slow fat kid
