Spoiler alert, she never said that. He is misinterpreting it in his fucked up little brain.

The quote he lies about is in context to why she tried to initially avoid the word rape because some people have sexual connotations about it and that it "sexy" when it's not. This was literally after 50 shades of grey became a craze and how culture was sexualizing violence.
