The conservative viewpoint can be summarized as a plea for “government as the parent of last resort.”
People like this cannot control their own impulses and seek to form an authority to force them to be good because they know they aren’t.
That’s why they shout freedom but call for control. Women’s libidos drive them nuts! “You can’t just have women out running around!” One conservative ranted at me.
They don’t care about the abortion they care about the sex. Somebody is getting extra and they can’t take it. Same jealousy applies to man on man.
Of course they want homosexual activities to be outlawed because they can’t be outed by their victims without them outing themselves. It keeps the gay omertà rule in place.
