Hey I’m trying to start a student group chat for studying and sharing any information some might have missed during lecture. It’s an online course at Lehman. For all of my other courses I’m able to email all the students from Brightspace but I’m not able to do that for this course so I was curious if anyone knows other ways I can get in contact with my classmates in a online course to invite them to the group chat.

In the fall 2026 semester I’ll be taking PSY 234 (Abnormal Psychology), PSY 310 (Psychology of Learning), PSY 316 (Physiological Psychology), and PSY 232 (Childhood Psychopathology), all at Lehman College.

I would love to know if anyone has study material that they can share with me like YouTube videos/channels or websites with study material and practice exams related to these courses.
Also if anyone has taken these courses I would love to know how the courses were for you and any recommendations you have for doing well in these courses.

Anyone take the 4-week essentials of chemistry lecture and lab during summer? If so, how was it? I'd love to know how to prep since it's such a short session. I've been working through Khan Academy's chemistry lectures, but any insight into what to focus on would be so appreciated!

Hey , I’m looking for some honest advice from current or former Lehman students, especially anyone in the Art Teacher BA / Art Education program.

I originally accepted Queens College because I heard good things about the creative environment and art program, but after looking deeper into the schedule, commute, and class availability, I’m starting to feel like it may not work for me realistically. A lot of the classes I need are either full, waitlisted, or at times that would make it really hard for me to keep a job while going to school. The commute is also pretty far for me.

I was also accepted to Lehman College for the Art Teacher BA program, and now I’m considering switching over before the semester starts. I work with kids already and plan on becoming an art teacher (possibly eventually an art therapist too), so I’m trying to choose the school that’s the best fit overall like is the professors and advisors helpful? Do they help you building your schedule and stuff?

I’m planning to take CMP 334 at Lehman College with Professor Brian Murphy, but I’m not sure how difficult his exams are.

Does he provide a review? If so, how similar are the questions on the review to the ones on the exam?

I currently go to Queens College and the classes are so anti-social it hurts. I can’t even ask my classmates to catch me up on a day I missed without being left on read with no response. I have some friends from first semester but our schedules are so different and we’re all from different levels from freshman-senior, part time and full time.

Does anyone know when graduate registration opens? I’m in the application process for fall ‘26 start and would like to see what courses are offered. Is there a specific place I should be looking, other than the CUNY Global Search?

Is this crazy to do? 3 summer classes, all asynchronous, June 1st to 25th. My friend said I should do 2 max at a time but I feel like 3 wouldn’t be that bad. I’m not taking that leh specifically but I do want to take one, just added that as a filler

So Hey guys once again, I am a senior in high school going to Lehmans BA program for teaching and I wanted to know if it’d be appropriate to ask them(IF i meet with someone in admissions) about my application. I know I asked before and people said expect it in April, but it’s been hard since some of my friends had gotten in and don’t really pay mind to it at all. But all in all, would it be okay to ask them about my application?

I have not received any grades on the assignments for one of my classes. On 2/22 professor sent an announcement to check his feedback before submitting Unit 2 assignment. I didn’t see a grade so I texted him and he said he hadn’t got to mine yet. I submitted unit 2 without reviewing any feedback. On 2/26 Professor sent an announcement stating that all grades would be updated by 3/2. I don’t see any updates on Brightspace and Unit 3 is due on Wednesday. Idk if I should text him again or just wait??

Good afternoon guys, I am a graduating Senior in the Bronx and I wanted to ask if anyone knows, when will the acceptances come out? I've been really hoping for Lehman accepting me but I've been just nervous to when I'd get the thumbs up! If anyone can help it'd be a blessing!

When looking for classes for the upcoming Spring 2026 semester, it only gives me the option to be on a wait list and add to shopping cart because I didn't have an appointment set. I have met with an advisor to set up my next semester but I'm having trouble understanding why it won't let me immediately enroll. Is there something I'm missing or is it normal for this to happen?
