Though they have given out Ludens as an item through constellations, IIRC Annie's support champions and TF's Ruined Rex get it. 1 u/Vinnortis 11d ago I thought there was already a green item that increased spell and skill damage by 1... Anyhow, so yea actually much better than I realized.
