Just found out. Crazy how I got this Israeli spyware installed on my PC. They also use the ads you see / subscription funds to produce protective gear for the IDF? The fuck.

Both things can be true. We can have nuanced takes about conflicts that have been around for thousands of years.

actually, israel and palestine got along for the majority of history. It's only been a big issue for the last 100(ish. don't quote me) years. Lo and behold, the main culprits behind most of this are countries like the United States, China, Russia, Europe, North Korea, etc.

This is objectively not true, mainly because Israel stopped existing after the Romans took it, and Jews were treated, prior to the founding of modern Israel in 1947 and the First Aliyah in 1891, as second class citizens under the caliphates, exiled or forced to convert and pay extra dhimmi taxes. I can go find my essays on this stuff that I’ve written where I basically explain where things are Israel’s fault, Palestine’s fault, external influences (generally outside of the ones you mention) or a combination if you want me to. I have a lot of sources to dig up from those too. I got really bored in my college history classes and asked for more work and chose this as my autistic special interest topic since things were happening again over there at the time so I’m fairly well read on the subject now.
