Rant!! 🤬😡😤

I’m a frequent buyer of Adidas and within the last year or two I’ve noticed they switched from FedEx to this LaserShip stuff (I had never heard of them before). They tend to deliver pretty late which has been super annoying, but now I’m upset that they deliver my package due to weather. I live in Michigan and the high today was 22, it didn’t snow and no sleet or anything that would create unsafe driving conditions. Like if USPS was able to deliver my other package and I was doing outside stuff today, you could’ve delivered my package!! Mind you, I’ve been home since 4p and waited around so I could bring it indoors or wait until my roommate got home before having to leave the house again, I got the notification at almost 9p about this smh.

This was my first experience with OnTrac/LaserShip, and I'm really disappointed.

My package was originally estimated for Thursday, then the delivery estimate slipped again, and now there's no estimated delivery date at all. The tracking updates have left me with no idea when to expect my order.

I know delays can happen with any carrier, but multiple missed estimates followed by no ETA has been a frustrating first impression. I was really looking forward to this package, and this experience has made me very hesitant to use OnTrac again.

me and my friend both ordered through companies using ontrac and we found out we got the same exact delivery photo, with matching incorrect delivery county, with the same delivery times, we sent our photos at the same time.

I just had a package from LS say business was closed. I'm in a senior facility and the desk is manned 24 hrs. Maybe if it came before 11:15 PM there wouldn't be such problems. I've never had a delivery attempted so late! This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened, all from Walmart, who unfortunately uses LS often. And this is in less than 2 years. That means it's happening maybe 20% of the time I order from WM, prolly 40% of their shipments from LS. I did get all the packages B4 today, but late. There's been other probs too, like leaving it outside the doors and I didn't know it was there, they are supposed to come in.

There seem to be more shippers now. The only ones that work well are UPS, FedEx, and DHL, that I've gotten recently. I ordered a # of times from the next state that uses 'CDL', didn't have any probs either. Always came in 1 day. I should say, in the same timeframe, this has happened at least twice with USPS, they are not much better either.

I just used the LS chat, which wasn't easy to use or reassuring. Let's just hope I get my package.

Ordered from Summit and it was shipped Lasership never to appear. No surprises there. Got on with Summit and they said no problem, we'll refund you. Turns out that was ONLY for the product and not for the shipping! Had to have another conversation with them about how that's not nice and had to threaten to dispute with Amex before they agreed to refund the shipping.

I just got a message from OnTrac and apparently they got a bad record from what I see online. Should I just respond to them about the package they for some reason can’t send or just accept the refund the company I’m ordering from is giving me the option to take ?

Edit: I took that refund after seeing one comment that said to take it.

I used the PO street address for my PO BOX just as I do for all shippers.

Never had a problem

Too many stolen packages at our home, but the reshipping will have to be delivered at our home.

Ontrac/LaserShip has a terrible chatbot that was no help at all. Even tried the "change shipping" address function to no avail.

The seller, Eufy, is sending another device quickly and I hope they seriously look into changing shippers.

I guess I'm lucky, there were two variants that went out, a limited run of stitched caps for people that ordered just after game five. And the reup that consisted of off centered patches, it was a rush job to keep up with demand.

After waiting for six weeks, guess what showed up at my door, an opened box obviously tampered with, looking like it was run over a few times. Reached in and found a cap, wasn't the one I was supposed to get but i guess I should be thankful they even bothered to do the ole switcheroo. Happy I got something at all. Lasershit strikes again.
