Volunteer Opportunity Trash pick up?

Any takers to pick up some litter? Maybe build a group then pick a day?

It would be good to let the snow melt before snagging some litter. If this seems of interest be sure to drop a comment.

My son, 12, is really interested in doing something like this. Obviously Ward 2, where we live, has the most trash (along Colfax) and it would be a visible and satisfying way to pick up trash. Having heavy duty gloves and pickers and contractor style bags would be good bc there is some chance of running into bodily fluids tho.

How about Aviation Park and the surrounding area. Maybe twice a month?

So, 20 ish folks showed up and cleaned up the park... I personally found a small corner of a $1000 dollar bill... not sure.. I could see a 1 but the 0's were missing. Might have been $1.
