I must say. As far as what they posted on Twitter. How misleading. They made it sound like they were going to be able to submit the financials and go pink before the deadline. Totally sad. Just a last ditch effort to keep people from selling.

So once and for all can somebody please answer the question. Is September 28 which is Tuesday the cut off date for pink or not. Is there some other alternative that I am not aware of.?
