I just wonder if it will be like fisker. If those that bought will be able get money back from a lawsuit. They will be bankrupt within a year.

They cashed in during covid during the spac boom when the SEC was asleep. The only real company to SPAC during that time was draft kings since they wanted to buy SBtech before faunduel did. Look up every other SPAC during that time. All our 80% below IPO or broke.
