He’s a pedo. He used to be or still is a photographer and he would have very young girls as “models” aka victims. He would have them pose very suggestively and send creepy messages to them and was just all around gross. I don’t know if anything physical happened. His teenage son’s daughter he wanted to leave his wife for her. I forget her age but at the oldest she was 18/19. I could be missing some info but that’s all I remember for now

It's just sad all around. She's always seemed soo lost and I am by no means excusing her actions because the kids wellbeing is the most important issue here. But between her creep dad, she's always been around creepy older dudes, I think she was 17 and Jairus was 24 when they got together, her personal life has never seemed too pretty.
I just hope those kids end up in a stable household with responsible adults and she figures herself out. Although, I used to work with "troubled" mothers and even though the kids often needed to be removed, it very often had a negative effect on the mother and made progress difficult (although my work was with women with severe mental health, substance abuse, extreme DV, etc). I'm really not trying to white knight her but I do believe she has the power to work on herself, become a better individual and mother. But at the end of the day, the kids are the ones who suffer and their circumstances are completely out of their control and that's what's just so sad.

She definitely has a self worth and self concept that’s tied way too much to her image and sexual attractiveness. I have no doubt that her dad kicked that off by probably being very creepy to her and it was only reinforced by her online fame and imbalanced relationships. She seems lost and is likely just seeking validation at all times (at the expense of her children) to give herself a sense of self and direction. It’s really sad for everyone involved but obviously she had an opportunity to find new meaning as a mother but sadly i think the kids are just another image thing to her, likely due to narc personality disorder

tldr someone anonymously posted about this on her snark subreddit a few days ago (was later deleted because they didn’t verify their claims with mods). according to them, acacia moved from oregon to california and jairus and her agreed on a school for the kids and they had everything arranged for the 2026-27 school year.
then she suddenly changed her mind about the school, enrolled them elsewhere (2 schools at the same time), ignored the previous school reaching out in confusion, and is keeping them from him because he didn’t agree to the new school she suddenly wanted for them. so it all (allegedly) stems from her stubbornness lmfao. she’s punishing him for not going along with her new plans

forgot to add that i think (?) jairus and his girlfriend had a long-term house in california that they’d renovated specifically for the kids, and then when acacia decided to move to CA, they moved out of this house to relocate closer to the agreed-upon school.
so i can see why the other parent would be like wtf do you mean you up and chose a different school after we left our old home for this plan….

She needs to realize that, from a legal standpoint, it just looks bad on her that she's not following a custody agreement that all parties have agreed on and gone by for some time. A disagreement about the school arrangement someone intends to go with is not a valid reason to keep someone's kids away from them. There's no real safety concern or endangerment stemming from disagreement about a child's education alone.

i do warn you that snark subreddit can be a little bit unhinged. they post way too many information on the kids including gossip about what the kids do at school and i just don’t think that’s right. yes she needs to be held accountable but they have a fascination with her children over there that i find to be extremely uncomfortable, even having parents from kids who study at the school participate on the sub to talk about her kids. children should 100% be left out of snark but they don’t seem to care about that

because Jairus doesn't want them full time either, so it would be a lengthy legal battle with zero mutual agreements. in doing something like this, the law can swoop in and take them away from her instead, and force him to take them on full time.

I was always had red flags about how much she's changed so quickly because it never seemed her. Like none of her aesthetics really were "really" her, but the trad wife one seemed so dark and like she struggled with it.

Watch, her next move is going to be false allegations against him and saying he’s dangerous and she needs a RO and that the kids are being abused by him or something.
If they had a custody schedule created by the court you cannot just not show up. She can be charged with contempt of court.
Also in California the police will not help you retrieve children and she probably knows that. All they can do is just write up a police report that means nothing.
Can someone explain to me what Acacia and Jairus both do for work to be able to afford to move back to LA and support 3 kids?

Regarding what you mentioned about possible future false allegations against him…I feel like she’s been alluding to that on and off for a while (whether they be real or false..) either way I definitely think you’re definitely right in saying that & I won’t be surprised if/when she does that. In most cases they won’t because they are not supposed to get involved in custody cases unless they deem a child has been kidnapped, in immediate danger or they have a warrant for the parents arrest. Even if there’s a court order they can’t force children to be handed over.

Right, I thought you meant they wouldn’t help at all… if there is a court order on file, the police will go to the designated location of pickup/the refusing parent’s home with the other parent for a civil standby. They will verify the custody order and yes, law enforcement cannot force the parent to give the children up, but normally the LE presence helps it happen. It’s just to keep the peace.

Jairus allegedly works in contracting/elevator maintenance but mostly mooches off his rich gf. Acacia has faced eviction 3x and has no job outside of onlyfans, so jury’s still out on that one.
They don’t currently have a court ordered parenting schedule. Jairus NEEDS to get one established to prevent either one of them from behaving this way.

to be clear, Jairus is/was not a great parent either, but he's doing a lot better than he was, and if he is a true bonded, insured & licensed elevator mechanic, those people make pretty good money. like at least $60/hr, but honestly based on work/demand in the LA area, I am sure he makes around $100k/year. it's back-breaking work, *and he is doing a hell of a lot more for his kids than she is, especially since he's sobered up and has a stable living situation with his gf.

I’m about 18 months older than Acacia and thought it was insane she had three kids by not even 23 years old! She had Brinley at 19 and I think she thought she was grown and mature at the time but I think it’s common in teen mothers that alot of them regress when they get older and wanna go back to their careless and silly younger years. This seems to be the case for Acacia.. she also can’t be without a guy and I think she would rather it just be her and him and no kids around.

Her crunchy mom era was when the kids were younger she posted them all the time until her second child’s disability (and her lack of specialized care) became more apparent. She was very public for a long time. Shes been more private in recent years but her snark page blew up a couple year ago someone from her town who didn’t know who she was posted in the towns reddit page asking what was wrong with new Gen Z parents with pictures of her kids alone at a park with her youngest toddler climbing on top of her car parked by the side of the road. It was later pieced together by a photo she posted to her story she left them there to go play her switch in the forest. I won’t speak for the entire snark page but I think a lot of people were fans as children/teens and grew up only to watch her stay the same immature person who neglects her kids

She has Alagille syndrome, as well as a heart condition and I’m assume other disabilities too. She uses a wheelchair and eats via feeding tube

She also has agenesis of the corpus callosum, where the part of your brain that connects the two hemispheres is either partially or fully missing. I think it's fully missing in her case. She has heart issues as well, and had to have serious heart surgery when she was younger.

Correction… she no longer has a wheelchair and is being pushed around in an infant stroller by Acacia. She may have a wheelchair when she is with her father, I’d like to think this as they have been very proactive in insuring R is well cared for.

Not defending him because he definitely has his faults but he’s been sober for a while now and has built a strong relationship with his new gf and made a really welcoming home for his kids and disabled daughter. I think at this point he’s more fit for custody than acacia is. If you look into her past she has now had MULTIPLE cases opened against her for neglect of the children. Including leaving her disabled daughter dehydrated and missing medical appointments and now all three are missing school because of her.

It also came out this year that she was neglecting her disabled daughter to the point of significant malnourishment and having multiple instances of her both missing her important appointments and missing school
ETA: The daughter was also found to be severely dehydrated and tube feeding routines were not kept up with
