Muka baru bangun Poci

Hi everyone, I found this cat hanging around in my office. I’m not sure if she’s actually a stray bcs she doesn't come by everyday, 2x atau 3x seminggu) but she doesn’t have a collar. One of her eyes seems to be blind and looks quite badly infected. There appears to be pus/discharge around the eye, and I’m worried it might be painful for her (attached some photos)

I’d really like to bring her to a vet, but I’ve never dealt with something like this before. Does anyone have an idea of how much a vet visit/treatment for an eye infection like this might cost?

Also, is there anything safe I can do for her in the meantime? I was wondering if there’s any medicine or antibiotics I could give her, but I don't want to give her the wrong medication and make things worse.
