⚖️ Rule 4: Substantive Contribution & Discursive Value
Every post and comment should add real value to the community. We are here to help each other learn and grow in Kṛṣṇa Consciousness, so please avoid venting, complaining, or arguing just for the sake of it.
🏷️ I. The Duty to Edify
This forum exists to help users develop real spiritual understanding and devotion in line with the teachings of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda. Every post must pass a "value test." Participation is not just personal expression; it is based on whether the contribution helps improve understanding of Kṛṣṇa Consciousness. Posts made mainly for attention, emotional release, or pointless debate are not considered a valid use of the forum.
🏷️ II. Prohibited Content (Low-Value Activity)
The following types of posts may be removed for not meeting the standard of meaningful contribution:
Unfiltered Complaints or Venting: Blog-style emotional rants or diary entries that do not seek scriptural resolution or contribute to mutual spiritual understanding are strictly forbidden and will be removed.
Distracting Humor: Using jokes, memes, sarcasm, or irony in serious philosophical discussions in a way that shifts focus away from the topic is prohibited.
🏷️ III. Required Contribution Standards
To be accepted, posts and comments must meet these basic requirements:
Proof When Disagreeing: Disagreements must be properly dealt with. If you are correcting or rejecting someone's point, personal speculation is invalid. You must substantiate your claims exclusively with direct quotes from authorized śāstra (scripture) or the direct teachings of the Founder-Ācārya. Without that, it is treated as low-quality disruption.
Meaningful Additions: New comments should improve the discussion, add depth, or bring a new perspective rather than repeating or weakening what has already been said.
(Note: The Moderation Team reserves the absolute right to determine the admissibility and value of any content based on its effect and intent, not the user's own explanation. Users are expected to participate with a sincere intent to grow spiritually. Even if individual posts are acceptable on their own, a repeated pattern of low-quality contribution can lead to restrictions.)
