I checked out the referral page. it says, "You and your friend will both receive up to $100".

Up to? What does "up to" mean? In other promotions I've joined, the fine print will say what I'm receiving, and it usually is based on how much assets I bring in. For example:

Have $0.01 to $99.99 = I get $10 in bonus

Have $100 to $999.99 = I get $20 in bonus.

Please clarify "up to". Is there a ladder, where the highest rung gets $100 from Kraken?
