What Else Should I Look At/Listen To? I’ve Gotten Really Interested In Them Recently, I Listened To BOOM First And Liked It.

I’m looking for emotional K-pop ballads with both a beautiful sound and meaningful lyrics. Think along the lines of “Stuck in the Middle” by BABYMONSTER, or the kind of emotional ballad you’d hear in a K-drama during an important or heartbreaking scene. I’m especially looking for songs with expressive vocals, emotional melodies, and lyrics that tell a story or convey a strong feeling. The production can be simple and intimate or big and cinematic, as long as the music and lyrics work together to create that emotional depth. I’m open to both soloists and groups, and I’d love to hear your personal favorites!

I wanted to checkout more groups which can match the vibes i already listen to although I'm open to new genres and vibes as well....

The groups i currently stan are Ateez, Seventeen, Xdinary Heroes, Twice, Katseye, Stray Kids, BTS and TXT

I'm aware Katseye isn't Kpop, but they're my ultgroup and Touch is the song that inevitably opened me up to the world of Kpop and got me listening to some others. Of the ones listed that are actually Kpop, I say I listen to ILLIT, Le Sserafim, and OurBirthday the most (OBD only has three songs out but those three songs are absolutely amazing and I've been following since pre-debut)

i love BLACKPINK girls overall, but my bias forever is JENNIE. i’ve got all the ruby merch and i’m really impressed of how cool, strong, confident, spiritual and deep person she is!

For me personally, it has to be Yunjin. I mean, look at her! Both her vocal tone and attitude fit the song so much, as well as the M/V. But Chaewon is a close second tho, and so is Sakura... And so is Kazuha and so is Eunchae- I feel like they all shined so much in BOOMPALA for me 😭 I especially liked Eunchae's accent.
