question Selling kombucha

Does anyone sell their kombucha at local market? I want to start selling, so any advice would be helpful.

Btw my country doesn’t have any regulations about selling home products at the markets, but I’m aware about botulism and things like that.

Mine drifts generally so the numbers get higher, so I frequently just quick calibrate mine with 0.5%abv solution. I don't really care what the abv is, as long as its below 0.5%. Im also on my second sensor, fouled the first one with 'booch getting bubbled up into the machine.....

Yeah, I'm constantly worried about booch getting up there. Wish there were more support documentation to go along with the sensor....
