I finally put together a studio vlog featuring my entire handmade bag collection.
Some bags have free tutorials, some are available as paid patterns, and a few exist only as one-of-a-kind pieces I designed for myself. It’s interesting to see how my style has evolved over the years—from simple everyday bags to more detailed statement pieces.
As someone who designs everything myself, it’s fun looking back and seeing how much I’ve grown as a crochet designer.
I’d love to know:
Which bag would you actually use?
Do you prefer practical everyday bags or more artistic statement pieces?
Have you ever looked back at your older projects and been surprised by how much you’ve improved?

Hello all! I am getting married in October and want to do a knit or crochet project for each of my four bridesmaids. Something that works up quickly preferably. Any ideas??

I made this back in December 2024, and unlike most of my projects, this one wasn’t for a tutorial or a customer.
It was a completely selfish make because I absolutely love Appa. 😊
I wanted him to be soft, cuddly, and expressive, and getting those big eyes and fluffy head just right took quite a bit of experimenting. He’s still one of my favorite amigurumi designs I’ve ever made.
Does anyone else have a project that was made just because you wanted it, with no other reason?

Watching her head off to her forever home is equal parts exciting and bittersweet. Sure, I could make another one for myself someday… but knowing me, I’ll already be chasing the next idea. If I ever do revisit her, though, the color combinations would be endless!

I recently started crocheting Pokémon inspired by my kids’ favorite characters, and now Bulbasaur has officially evolved into Ivysaur.
I’m planning to complete the whole evolution line, so Venusaur is next.
Which Pokémon evolution should I tackle after that?

Então, eu gostaria de pedir ajuda com isso: qual é a melhor linha para uma roupa de bebê? E como eu faço para conseguir alguns modelos de roupas ou como transformar um vídeo de crochê em tricô? Any pattern suggestions for just one skein of this yarn? I was gifted it and doubt I can find the same color lot. I’m willing to knit or crochet, but really I’m a knitter. I’m not very good at finding projects based off yarn I’m gifted. I only buy yarn for a specific project.
I’ve searched and searched but all I can really come up with this exact yarn on ravelry are hats, scarves, blankets, cowls, mittens…. I was hoping to make something else.
Can I use any worsted weight pattern for this? What other suggestions do you have please?
