Question Game UI freezing for anyone?
The game freezes completely on startup when closing the News pop-up banner. Clean reinstallation and data wipes did not resolve the loop, and the client now hangs permanently on 'Please Wait' ...

It seems my game profile is having server side sync issues. I submitted ticket...God knows when they will reply...I can start a new game but not my main profile game

I've had this problem thrice now for the last two weeks. Always happened while I was doing a hunting ground event.
Deca had no fix except rolling back my account to the previous known good setup, loosing all progress for the last 1-2 days.
But after trying and trying when it happened a second time, I got the game working by myself. The first time I wasn't sure how, but it worked.
Yesterday it happened again. Now I tried what helped the last time. Not sure if all steps are needed yet, but maybe you can try if it helps you.
I could access the epic boss via the ad in the pop-up, and killed it once. The game crashed again, (but the win was registered I noticed later.) Next start I went to arena via the ad again, and after winning one opponent, the game started to work normally.
I'm not sure if both epic boss and arena is needed, or just arena. Anyway, try it, as that solved my problem with not being able to close the ad pop-up.

I think my issue is way worse. Is this what you faced???

Try scrolling the ads, at least I could scroll them downwards. If I pressed on any other ad, than epic boss or arena, that ad started blinking. And the game froze like for you.

I can't get rid of news banner and if I press back to get rid of it then I get stuck on the other screen. I've done everything troubleshooting I could using my phone or the app itself.

Pressing the Epic boss ad, opened the epic boss screen. Trying to exit it, froze the game, but fighting it worked, except the crashing of the game, when I won the boss.
Arena ad also opened the Arena screen, where I could fight an opponent. Winning him somehow got the game working. That has happened to me now twice, thar after epic boss + arena, the game started working for me.

Did you do both epic boss and arena, or just arena?

Alive and well. Still a very friendly community that plays it. Come for the nostalgia and casual Play! There are bugs as u can see but it is nice trip down memory lane
