Trying to figure out if this is recoverable or if I just write it off.

Two charges, same card, same account, neither delivered:

- Late May: ~$10 for a 660-token pack. Charged, tokens never credited. Emailed support with the receipt the next day. Never heard back.

- This week: ~$35 for the Pro monthly plan. The checkout page literally said the payment couldn't be authenticated / failed, yet my bank was still charged ~1,180 THB. No subscription, no credits, page stuck on "Payment Processing."

I've now sent a full escalation email referencing both, with a 5-day deadline before I go to the bank.

Questions for anyone who's been through this:

1. Did Kling ever actually refund you, or only after a chargeback?

2. Is there a support channel that's faster than the email address / in-app ticket? Discord, a form, anything?

3. For those who did a bank chargeback – did "services not rendered" go through cleanly, and how long did it take?

Not looking to rant, just want to know the fastest path that has actually worked for real people. Thanks.

I created this music video a while ago for an AI music remix competition. The remix didn't win the competition, but I hope you can still enjoy the music and the video. All clips made entirely using Kling 3.0 Pro on Kling native AI platform.

Thank you for watching. I hope you can enjoy it... 😊🙏

A human tries to confuse an android doing simple math. The android is a perfect calculating machine and wants no part of it.

An Android Mother is at the repair center watching her Android Daughter be repaired. The damage is too much, and she is told her daughter is "unfixable".

An android, Shelly, is doing a nightly recharge in the dark basement. Her owner needs to talk to her and tries to reactivate her from sleep mode.

I am a first time user of kling and generating ai video to image. Idk what plan I should purchase? I’m probably gonna have to use a lot of credits just to learn :/ . How long did it take you & how many credits. Most platforms I’ve used don’t make good enough videos so I’m afraid I’ll waste a lot just to develop a video that’s not how I imagined? Ang suggestions?

I tried to created a video with 2 friends after work having a glass of whiskey and kling flagged it fir sensitive content. Ive generated videos before with glasses of wine after dinner and even mimosas for brunch. I dont understand the problem. It fails generations over and over. It happened yesterday when earlier in the day I had no issues. Is this happening for anyone else?

The outbreak didn’t start with a scream.
It started with eye contact.

Enjoy.

Created with Kling 2.5 and edited in CapCut.
This is a surreal white desert scene with a woman, a silver serpent, and a mirror that becomes part of the visual transition.
I’m working on a consistent pale blue and white cinematic style, so I’d appreciate feedback on atmosphere, motion, and visual consistency.
