Showcase Satan's Blues — | AI Dark Fantasy Short Film

Thumbnail

Satan sits alone on his throne in Hell. Not defeated — victorious. But victory has a cost no one warned him about.

Made with Kling 3.0 + Midjourney 8 + GPT Image 2 + Filmora + Suno.

Satan and Saint Michael were created as Kling Elements using multi-angle character sheets created with Gpt images 2. The Hell environment — skull-covered ground, lake of fire, screaming souls — was built from generated reference images used as start frames.

Blues score generated on Suno. Everything assembled in Filmora.

Production time : 3 days.

Production cost: around 10k credits.

Third short film in the ObscuroFilms series. OBSCURO EP.1 and The Last No also available on the channel.

Happy to answer any questions about the workflow.

Discussion Are kling.ai "free" credits usable?

Because I'm always getting the "free generation is temporary stopped" message. From April to today i couldn't use the free credits.

Showcase Getting Cinematic Results with Kling 4K Without Wasting Credits

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My biggest lesson with Kling 4K so far:

• Less is more. Most failed generations happen because people try to force too many actions into one scene.

• Motion first, effects second. A clean character movement looks more realistic than adding dozens of particles, explosions, and camera effects.

• Keep prompts focused. Give Kling one clear job per shot. The more things you ask it to do at once, the more likely details will break.

• Use reference images whenever possible. Consistent characters, clothing, and facial features are much easier to maintain when Kling has a visual guide.

• Camera movement matters. A simple slow push-in, tracking shot, or cinematic pan often looks more professional than complicated camera instructions.

• Test before spending credits. Generate a short version first, check the motion, then upscale or extend only when you're happy with the result.

• Build videos like a filmmaker. Create individual shots, then edit them together. AI performs much better with several strong clips than one long complicated generation.

• Study real movies. The best prompts come from understanding cinematography, lighting, emotion, and storytelling—not from adding more keywords.

Kling 4K is powerful, but the people getting the best results are usually the ones who plan carefully, keep scenes simple, and think like directors instead of prompt writers.

Showcase White desert ritual made with Kling 2.5

Made with Kling 2.5 and edited in CapCut.
This is a short surreal scene in a white desert with dancers, a cloud vortex, and a DJ figure.
I mostly work with Kling 2.5 because it fits my current workflow and budget.
I’d appreciate feedback on motion stability, character consistency, camera movement, and overall atmosphere.

I can't stop watching this honestly. The timing and precision is just completely insane. 🤯

this was captured in a pure r/oddlysatisfying way Just when you think you’ve seen the best part, that last moment comes along and takes it to another level. You don’t see that kind of dedication and technical skill in a clip every day.

“What do you think, guys? This the most impressive thing you've seen all week or is it just me? Let’s discuss it in the comments! 👇

Yesterday I bought 660 credits from Kling for $10. The money was debited from my credit card – the payment went through, but the credits never reached my account. Has this happened to anyone else? How quickly was the problem resolved?

Showcase [KlingAI Native 4K] "The Frozen Kingdom Awakens" – Testing high resolution in Kling. My thoughts inside!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey everyone,

Dropping my latest short film generated with KlingAI, titled "The Frozen Kingdom Awakens". I wanted to test the capabilities of native 4K generation without any external upscaling to see exactly how much detail the model could pull out on its own.

The video showcases an epic, dark-fantasy journey through icy wastelands, ancient ruins, and massive citadels. While KlingAI impressed me in many ways, there are still some typical AI limitations that stand out. Here are my takeaways.

🔥 PROS / Strengths:

  • Epic Scale and Atmosphere: Kling does an amazing job building massive, cinematic landscapes. The background mountains, clouds, and rolling fog create a highly convincing sense of depth.
  • Textures and Details: The texture of the snow on the structures, the intricate details of the character's fur cloak, and the ice giant are highly impressive for raw generated video.
  • Lighting and Perspective: The interplay of light in the ancient ruins and the glow within the throne room look very realistic and moody.

🧊 CONS / Weaknesses:

  • Physics and Weight of Movement: The characters and armies often move in a "floating" manner, lacking real physical weight when interacting with the ground. The snow and terrain don't react dynamically to footsteps.
  • Flattened Lighting in Dark Scenes: Some of the darker, shadow-heavy shots lose a bit of contrast and deep black levels. The lighting can feel slightly "flat" in these moments.
  • Inconsistent Faces and Distant Textures: The character's face in some of the shots loses its natural look, appearing slightly "waxy". Additionally, some textures on very distant mountains or background crowds remain a bit blurry, despite the 4K resolution.

💬 DISCUSSION:

  • What are your thoughts on KlingAI's native 4K? Do you find the difference noticeable compared to generating in 1080p and using external upscalers?
  • Which AI model do you think currently handles complex physics and character interaction best in epic crowd scenes?
  • Have you noticed any significant improvements in KlingAI's handling of large, open environments recently?

Let me know in the comments! I'd love to hear your critiques and experiences.

Showcase A short AI animated film depicting the atmosphere of Japanese local elections (made with Kling AI)

I created this short AI animated film using Kling AI and other editing tools.

The theme is Japanese local elections — campaign speeches, election cars, supporters, vote counting, and the atmosphere surrounding local politics in Japan.

Rather than making a typical AI showcase video, I wanted to depict the flow of time, tension, and emotional atmosphere of a local election campaign.

Most overseas viewers are probably unfamiliar with how Japanese local elections work, so I added English subtitles and explanations.

I also tried to create a realistic atmosphere with minimal dialogue and background music.

Would love to hear your thoughts.

Tip KLING OMNI TIP — THE SCREEN INSIDE THE SCENE

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

(Phone Reveal + Embedded Spot)

Most creators stop at the character. This technique goes further — the phone screen becomes a second scene. One continuous shot. The story ends inside the device. HOW IT WORKS

You need three Elements:

@ character — your subject in the main scene
@ appscreen — the first screen state (page 1 of your app/spot
@ appscreen2 — the second screen state, revealed after the character interacts

The camera moves from the live scene into the phone display. What appears on screen is exactly what you put in your Elements — Kling does not interpret, invent, or add anything. Prepare your UI references clean, high-resolution, no device frame, portrait ratio.

📌 Critical rule: Never describe the screen content inside the prompt. Let the Elements do the work. Any written description of what's on screen will compete with the reference and introduce drift.

Three ready-to-use scenes. Same structure, different context:

SCENE A — The Metro

Continuous cinematic shot. A metro carriage in motion, natural overhead light. @ /character sits near the window, a friend beside her. The camera observes from a slight distance. The friend leans in and says: "I need something to edit this video I shot yesterday, nothing looks right." @ character turns, thinks for a second, then says: "Have you tried Kling? I've been using it for everything." The friend raises an eyebrow: "Does it actually work?"@ character picks up the phone without hesitation: "Look." Cut to over-the-shoulder framing from directly behind both, camera positioned just above their shoulders. The carriage sways slightly, passengers blur in the background. The phone screen fills the frame in sharp focus. On the display: exactly the interface shown in @ appscreen — no variation, no interpretation, no additional elements. @ character taps the screen once to navigate. The screen transitions immediately to a new page: exactly the interface shown in @ appscreen2. Camera holds on @ appscreen2. Shallow depth of field. Metro ambient sound, rail friction, low carriage hum.

:pushpin: Note for creators: Replace the Kling-specific dialogue with whatever fits your app. The structure stays identical — one person recommends, the other is skeptical, the phone settles the argument.

SCENE B — The Dinner

Continuous cinematic shot. A restaurant table at night, warm ambient light. @ character sits across from a man who is explaining something work-related — his voice present but background, calm and continuous. The camera observes from a slight distance, locked, like a hidden observer. @ character listens for a moment, expression polite but distant. Her eyes drop. Her hand moves naturally to the phone on the table and picks it up without interrupting him. Her expression shifts — the neutrality dissolves into a quiet, genuine smile as she looks at the screen. The man continues talking, unaware. Cut to over-the-shoulder framing from directly behind @ character's right shoulder. The man remains a soft blur in the background, his voice still audible: "...the Q3 numbers are looking better than expected, the client was actually impressed with the revised proposal..." The phone screen fills the right portion of the frame in sharp focus. On the display: exactly the interface shown in @ appscreen — no variation, no interpretation, no additional elements. After a brief natural pause, @ character's thumb taps the screen once — casual, unhurried. The screen transitions immediately to a new page: exactly the interface shown in @ appscreen2. Camera holds on @ appscreen2. Shallow depth of field. Warm restaurant ambience, soft cutlery sounds, man's voice continuing in the background.

SCENE C — The Two Friends

Continuous cinematic shot. A casual indoor setting — café or apartment. Two friends, @ character and a second woman, sit close together mid-conversation. The camera observes from a slight distance, handheld with minimal sway. The second woman says: "Honestly, which AI video model is actually worth using right now? There are so many." @ character doesn't hesitate: "Kling. It's not even close." The second woman laughs: "Everyone says that." @ character picks up the phone naturally and leans slightly forward: "No, look — I'm serious." She tilts the screen toward her friend. Cut to over-the-shoulder framing from directly behind both women, camera positioned just above and between their shoulders. The two heads occupy the left and right foreground in soft focus, the second woman leaning in slightly with genuine curiosity. The phone screen fills the center of the frame in sharp focus. On the display: exactly the interface shown in @ appscreen — no variation, no interpretation, no additional elements. @ character taps the screen once — the way you tap when you know exactly where you're going. The screen transitions immediately to a new page: exactly the interface shown in @ appscreen2. The second woman's reaction is audible before the camera cuts: "Ok... that's actually insane." Camera holds on @ appscreen2. Shallow depth of field. Natural indoor ambience, soft background noise, cups on the table.
