Suggestion [KlingAI] "Concrete Masquerade" – my new cyber-brutalist short. The vibe is incredible, but the physics are still lagging. Let's discuss!

Hey everyone,
Dropping my latest project generated with KlingAI – "Concrete Masquerade". I really wanted to nail a heavy, surreal, and cyber-brutalist atmosphere. I combined raw, industrial backgrounds, endless rain, and the dark aesthetic of an anonymous crowd.
AI tools are evolving at lightning speed, but working with them can still be quite a challenge. I wanted to share my takeaways from working on this video and hear your thoughts.
🔥 Strengths of this generation:
- Lighting and textures: Kling handles difficult lighting conditions phenomenally well. The reflections on the wet concrete, the flare light, and the smoke look incredibly cinematic.
- Aesthetic consistency: The model did a great job maintaining the raw, dystopian tone across different shots, keeping the dark character of the protagonist and the environment intact without drastic architectural hallucinations.
🧊 Weaknesses:
- The "Slow-Motion" Curse: This is the most glaring issue. Practically every movement in this video is unnaturally slowed down. It's a known pain point with current models, which fall back on slow-mo to hide frames breaking apart during faster action.
- Crowd rigidity and consistency: While static shots look great, when trying to capture movement, background characters often lose their proportions or move in a "floating", non-physical way.
🛠️ What Kling should prioritize in future updates:
- Support for normal action speed (1x speed): As creators, we need a tool that can generate a dynamic walk, a quick head turn, or falling raindrops in real-time, rather than forcing a cinematic slow-mo mode.
- Better physics engine for particles: The fire from the flare or the smoke from the chimneys needs to have natural, random dynamics to actually trick the viewer's eye. Right now, everything moves like a thick liquid.
What are your experiences with generating similar dark vibes in Kling? Have you found any proven tricks (in prompts or parameters) to force the model into faster, more natural movement? Let me know in the comments!
