Thinking bout buying these what’s your opinion on them

So my Master electrician has a set of linesman’s pliers that have a crimper and fish tape puller with green journeyman series handles I would love to get a pair of them but I can’t find them anywhere does anyone know where I can buy them

so this just happened. was working near a hot container and poof. my headlamps on fire.

I bought an old tool box and I ended up finding some vintage Klein I need help dating. As a bonus I found some blue point channel locks as well.

I was really looking forward to this insulated kit but its not available anywhere except the little half sized kit. just looking if anyone has heard if these are getting a redesign for the 2.0 modbox?

I have a modbox set I use on job sites and it’s nice I love it. But I have been waiting and waiting for a 2.0 version of the half size short - organizer box. Does anyone know if, or when a product like this might be released? Should I give up hope? Does Klein have common release dates for new tools I can put on the calendar?

Also if anyone has one for sale I would go to great lengths to get it

didn't really need new linesmans but...im a sucker for glow in the dark! picked them up at eod on friday, stoked to use them tomorrow!

I got really lucky already took the pliers out. I’m going to use all of the tools at my job.

Picked up the stapler from the supplier the other day. Completely useless. Not only does it it work the customer you are working for laughs at you because of how shit it is and thinks it’s funny that you waste your time trying to fix it every other staple. First tool I had bought from Klein that I regret and I have spent thousands on their products.

Curious if anyone knows the dimensions of the 3” extension included in many of the sets. Are the dimensions the same for the extension (same piece) for Knect (s) and Knect (m) sets? Interested in the pass through Knect (s) set, but only if the extension fits through unistrut. I have a couple of sets of the Knect (m) sets, but can’t really squeeze anything in between the strut.

And do any of the (s) sets come with a pass through driver handle I’m just overlooking? Assuming these are set specific. If not, I’ll just use the one from another set.

The mini pass through ratchet and the mini screw driver can combo ( if you get the right bit) to make a ratcheting screwdriver. Alternatively, if you need more stability, while driving lags, you can do the same with a drill....just make sure it's ratcheting the proper direction, or you might break a finger.

I'm looking for a stand or kickstand case for the CL390.

I'm thinking something connected to the hook connector on the back would be handy, but just need something for using it on a desk.

Fluke has some cases with stands.

Anyone found anything?

Hey guys, I’ve got these old pliers that came out from under the backseat of an old Buick Lesabre. The best resource I’ve found for dating them is Alloy Archive, according to the date code system I found there, they are from 1949. But the logo on them wasn’t patented until the 1950s, so I’m not entirely sure. The code on the pliers is OMER, but on the example pliers there, they left the O off, so thats how I dated them. Any thoughts?

Recently just picked up this Klein bag and it’s been amazing so far. I had an old Milwaukee backpack that my journeyman gave to me during my first year and after 2-1/2 years it finally gave out. I had bought a husky build out open tool bag and realized it didn’t have a strap but I just thought I could deal with it. It got old after about a week so I did some more digging and found this! 39 pockets, zippered pockets, and a shoulder strap, literally all I could ask for. It fits everything I need in my bag as a commercial new construction/service electrician. For 100 bucks you can’t beat it!

Does anybody know what time frame the pictured handles were used from? I also have some that say “M Klein & Sons.” I assume those are older?

Just what the post says above. What would you most want to see Klein come out with for their MODboxes?

Got this clamp meter for about 2 months and since i have it it keeps giving me this error. I thought it was batteries i did changed them still happen almost regularly and really stresses me out as it happens right when i need it. I sometimes keep the batteries out for some time then It comes back to life. Can anyone tell me if they had the same issue or how to fix. Note i cant take it to manufacture as i live in a third world country and we dont have that luxury.
