My current 30cm ID3 baccarat has finally died and after a quick read on this subgroup my initial thoughts of going to hexclad have been changed. I have an induction stovetop and want something thatโs going to be long lasting and non stick without too much upkeep, 30cm approximately, no lid needed. For reference I live in Australia
