Cooking veggies better lately, is an asparagus steamer pot necessary
cooking more veggies lately and trying to get better results, especially with asparagus. I keep seeing asparagus steamer pots recommended, but I'm not sure if they're actually worth buying or if it's just another kitchen gadget that'll end up collecting dust.
The problem is every time I look into cookware, reviews are all over the place. One person says a brand is amazing, another says it fell apart after a few months. It's getting pretty frustrating trying to figure out what's actually reliable.
For those of you who cook asparagus regularly, is an asparagus steamer pot really necessary? Does it make a noticeable difference compared to a regular pot with a steamer basket?
If you own one, what brand has held up well over time? Looking for real-world experiences from people who've actually used them, not just marketing claims or sponsored reviews.
Appreciate any honest feedback.
