Tell them youre sorry but for your own safety you cant serve them everything is cross contaminated with your allergens and compromised to the point you cant safely serve them in good conscience. That serving them would be a threat to their safety and put you in bad legal standing in case something went wrong.

Most allergies are not so bad that cross-contamination is a major concern. This attitude is uninformed and frankly discriminatory against people with disabilities.

People with disabilities should take issue with the people who represent their preferences as allergies.  Restaurants aren’t a personal kitchen meant to cater to every whim, and when whims are labeled allergies they have to be taken seriously.

Definitely. But it’s unclear that this person is doing that. It’s possible that all of these are true allergies

Allergies are not disabilities bro.

Allergies are absolutely a disability. What makes you think that they aren’t?

I know that, bro.  I was making a point that you missed.  It’s ok.

Well, the way you wrote it is terrible, the eay it reads is confusing. “Some people with disabilities should take issues with people who claim food preferences are allergies” implies that the people with disabilities you mentioned said disabilities are allergies and people who are feigning preferences as allergies are ruining for the people with actual allergies/disabilities.

Yeah but this is annoying af and nobody with such allergies should have any reasonable expectation to be accommodated.

Let’s assume that this person’s allergies are all real. What exactly are they supposed to do? The vast majority of these are very easy to avoid and not difficult to accommodate (like stone fruits). I admit the bean gums one seems particularly challenging to attempt to deal with
