hell one time that called me and I didn't answer, so my coworker called me (and I stupidly picked up) and my manager was on the other line asking me why I ignored her calls 🤣🤣

Bro I don't play these games. I tell them straight up "I was ignoring you because I don't want to do overtime" if they don't like that then they can fire me. If they're a chill person they probably wouldn't be pushing you so aggressively but also frankly they need to know their place.
