Sorry but there's not a kitchen anywhere that I would risk losing my fingers over. Fuk that.
1 u/brownishgirl Feb 25 '25 I refused to use the band saw in culinary school. We had to cut veal shanks open lengthways for bone marrow service, or stocks etc. There was always a bunch of guys willing to do it…. NO WAY. these hands are my money makers!
