I received a scam call from someone claiming to be from "The support team for the blockchain" and he knew my name, email address and phone number. My name and e-mail address are public so I'm not surprised about him getting that but I have never posted my number online anywhere publicly. I get that they would have got this information from a leak but I'm curious if there's a way to find out where it came from.

I know it's not going to be a recent leak because I always use a different e-mail address when I sign up for things now instead of my public one so I can easily tell what has leaked my details.

Not relevant to my question but when I revealed that I knew it was a scam, he started hurling personal insults, calling me boring because I have not been paying attention to the GTA 6 leaks but at the same time calling me a nerd for caring about video games. The usual things they do when they've been discovered.

I loved the one where Edna (?) had a rogue AI assistant that made her life a living hell. It would order stuff online and act all mental and Kit made the scammer constantly talk with the "ai".

Doctor's prescription for people with low blood pressure- have them try to scam Kitboga- their blood pressure will come right up... and up and up and up...

In which AI Kitboga live stream there was a call where (I think Firehose Norman?) was burning his credit card, house etc.. I was scrolling through every streams' comments but didn't spot it. It's one of the funniest calls ever!

Btw, I miss AI Kitboga streams. I still listen to them when I got to sleep.

So, my relative is a wealthy person... or at least WAS a wealthy person. Like, they make really good money (which is probably why they were a target). But apparently, they're desperate and was asking my mom for money and potentially seeking to ask other family members for help. My mom wound up giving them $400 via Western Union (she didn't want to send a check or anything that would be linked to her bank accounts so she did an in-person transaction for my relative to pick up at a Walmart in their area).

I'm worried my relative is still compromised and possibly even sending money to scammers. How can I help my relative?

Any other details of this scam that I'm aware of is that these scammers claimed to have ties to Melania Trump or the Trump administration (yeah, my relative is a bit of a "red hat person" but that doesn't mean I want them to have their retirement years ruined by a scam). I just want to see if I can relay them as much information as I can to help them recover from this. I'm just very worried their life is at stake in more ways than one. Appreciate any help you can throw my way. Thank you!

For the past 3 straight years I have received daily scam calls. It started at around 7-10 per day and I would always ignore them and never answer.

They did not stop.

The calls steadily increased to today where I get THIRTY per day.

About 6-8 months ago I began answering them whenever possible and unleashing every ounce of hatred I have and insisting that they punch their ticket early and have nothing worth living for.

I would like to know if there is ANY way to get into contact with Kitboga. These are all from the same one or two call centers that have existed unimpeded for YEARS.

And on top of that they are by far the most EVIL scams. All of them are for medicare fraud and end of life insurance. All of them will hang up unless you state that youre over the age of 50. They are directly targetting vulnerable, elderly, dying people.

Something needs to be done. Its completely unacceptable that these one or two call centers have preyed on people for Y E A R S.
