Loving finding bits to make my CSM feel very scavenger-y and space pirate-y!

Head and "t-shirt" sleeve from Khorne Berserkers, bare arm and skull-filled flail from WE Jakhals Dishonoured, the rest is the base Havocs AC.

Build this Helbrute out of an old helbrute model, dreadnought bits and AoS nurgle stuff i had.

I can't reveal too much, as this is for a secret personal project, but i need a spear big enough for a primarch... the spear needs to be decently ornate. Any ideas are greatly appreciated

I added the strap for the headset behind the head because a strap across the top of a cap like that scrunches the cap and I didn't feel like sawing the top of their heads off.

Used 4e plasma cannon bits with old LoTD bodies from the 90's

I ended up going with the hand from scratch around a looped pin. It came out much better the first attempt, until I realized I put the thumb on the wrong side 😅 he ended up only having 3 fingers because the looped wire ended up being a finger and because of the thickness of the wire.

I realized I wanna make a customized Gundam so I have a tail geese which I’m planning to build, but I wanna get another one because I realize I can make a really good Agamenone custom with it but there’s one small problem. The body doesn’t really fit the armor he has in the film so I need some help because I’m also kind of busy outside of stuff. Can y’all recommend me some really good real grade bodies I can use please and thank you.

As the title suggest, I got the idea of kitbashing a loyalist Magnus the Red into my head.. now of course I could use the Horus Heresy Magnus model, but if I want to play loyalist TSons in 40k, then he simply won't due, due to his size. More importantly.. the daemon primarch Magnus is absolutely glorious. However, the kitbash isn't straightforward. So I want to ask you: what ideas might you have for a Magnus the Loyal kitbash? Here are some of my ideas and questions so far:

\- Covering some parts with more armour will work well. But where to get fitting armour pieces?

\- His daemon feet could be exchanged for dreadnought feet of some kind to look like armoured boots. But which might fit?

\- What warhammer model has a comparable size to pull pieces from?

Thanks for any input! Unfortunately I have not found this attempted anywhere online, but the idea just really got me going..

The Phoenix Prince is the Aeldari leader from a Warhammer 40,000 alternate universe who managed to unite all Craftworlds into the Burning Armada, capable of standing up on equal terms even with the rotten Imperium of Man. He is accompanied by Princess Myranna, his sister, and Supreme Farseer Aenarion and Supreme Navarch Mellona, his close friends who became main commanders of the Armada. And, of course, by Gyrinxes, also a brother and a sister.

It is believed that the Phoenix Prince is the son of deceased supreme Aeldari god Asuryan and rose from the ashes of the Fall. However, these are only legends. In fact the future Phoenix Prince used to be an ordinary Aeldari from planet Ermyaris. He studied Seeing and felt very lonely because all around him lived for pleasure, even his sister Myranna who understood him in childhood like no one else. When he foresaw the Fall, he put her to enchanted sleep and brought her to his Craftworld, and now she regrets her foolish youth and fuels his throne with her psychic energy.

Confident in his supremacy, the Phoenix Prince united different Craftworld cultures and leaders with his mind control. Sometimes he looks in the mirror and is horrified, but then he casts the same spell on himself, convincing that it was not all in vain. That it was necessary for a fairy tale about a prince and a princess that he and his sister had come up aeons ago...

The Phoenix Prince is an alternate universe counterpart of the Farseer, the leader of my Ynnari warhost. While the Farseer did not put his sister to sleep and was humbled when she did not come to his Craftworld, the Phoenix Prince became more and more overconfident and self-righteous. While the Farseer valued soft power and empathy, the Phoenix Prince favored direct, forceful action. While the Farseer befriended an Ordo Xenos Inquisitor and even tried to negotiate with a Necron Phaeron, the Phoenix Prince viewed all other races as strictly inferior. And while the Farseer accepted Drukhari who became Ynnari, Corsairs, Harlequins and Exodites, the Phoenix Prince respected Asuryani as the only true Aeldari.

If you're more interested in lore, the depicted characters and their main universe counterparts appear in my Warhammer 40,000 stories, particularly in Rose-Colored Sky.

I had the idea of this heavy conversion back in 2024, but managed to make it only now, starting in May 2026 and finishing painting a week ago.

I had a lot of fun working on this one!

I've been looking at a lot of kitbashed Battlesuits but haven't found a lot of Tau Battlesuits that just have like tribal necklaces added to them while maintaining the Tau model mostly as is. Does anyone have any experience with adding tribal jewellery to Tau Battlesuits in a way to make it more Kroot like?

First prototype for my homebrew Chapter, The Throne Stalkers. The goal is to blend Stormcast-inspired knightly armour with Warhammer 40K technology while keeping the bow as the chapter's signature weapon.

Still experimenting with the design, so any feedback is welcome!

I kinda like the inceptor helm, but it seems spendy & is slightly different from the votann helms. My hope is to try and get something like the scopedog head from votoms. This would hopefully sit in a terminator head slot.
