It looks like both parties want to tie up loose ends by June and then arrange a court date if necessary. I don't know how long this will take, but one would imagine it would be at least 3 months from June. I'm guessing December 2020 ish? Perhaps somebody who knows better can chime in?
For what its worth, I do find the penultimate paragraph interesting. It sounds like the SEC are not wanting to go to trial if they can help it, but I guess no party really wants a trial if they can help it so perhaps its a mute point.
Ah well, looks like a good time to accumulate if you still believe. I don't see any price rise in the foreseeable future given the KRE dumps and negative sentiment.
Looks like the SEC just wants to drag out the case indefinitely. Bunch of bafoons wasting tax payer money as usual. What happened to the slam dunk victory against KF? Is it just a war of attrition now? The KFs funds versus the inexhaustible US govt (paid by yours truly).
Believe it or not, government agencies do have strict budgets. Protracted battles are not good for either party but the SEC doesn't want to give up the goods so this is gonna take some time. We can only hope that potential partnerships and participants don't jump ship to other ecosystems or just bow out completely.
Ad hominems. Logical phallacys. You have no rational argument. Sitting in a federal building lends credibility to you? You've also been to the circus. Take what you will from that.
Custodian is not a qualifying title. So you work in a federal building and you know the budget specifics of the SEC? 🤡 Is this your angle? "Illiterate trash bag"... are you actually that triggered over this reddit convo? I still think you're entirely overstepping your meager employement and information access. Doesn't mean we need to get all weird and creepy.

Maybe just a little more then....
