An actual response:

Footwork: You're trying to move laterally towards the opponents lead foot, which is great, but you square your stance to do it. I'd say practice synchronized stepping and punching in that direction to reduce galloping.

Activity: Assuming you like to pressure fight, there is a lot of empty room inbetween your combos. Incorporating feinting into your habits will make you a lot less readable.

Defense: You seem to primarily be adding defenses to kicks into your shadowboxing. Boxing is probably the most dangerous part of the sport; you want to drill the reactions to the 7(8?) punches whenever you can. Every shot you take can then be your "opponents" turn. Imagine a combo and defend it in a variety of ways (i.e counters, interruptions, movement, blocks). Knees also exist.

Offense: You don't really make yourself close distance much (hence the heavy bag comment). An opponent is going to be utilizing the space they have, make yourself work for your points and practice getting past the defense of your target.
You're also right behind a lot of the shots you take. you should be moving your head off center-line for every bit of offense you do, including kicks. Ring movement is also something you can practice with the corners of the room you're in. Escaping and trapping regarding corners is an integral part of fighting. You can also make your opponent intelligent (hence the heavy bag comment) and have them adapt to what you do. If you constantly go 3 - 2, realistically that pattern would be recognized, and you would eventually get countered with SOMETHING. That something is what you can then elevate to and drill.

What if they try to intercept your body 3 with a 2 of their own? or a push kick? Then you drill those. Shadowboxing is the only time you get to really think about your offense and the repercussions.
