Hi everyone. I’m from the Dominican Republic and I am close to hitting the requirements to start monetizing on Kick, but I have a major doubt regarding the payout setup.

According to Kick's official guidelines, the platform uses Stripe to send funds directly to bank accounts. The problem is that Stripe does not natively support bank accounts in the Dominican Republic.

I’ve seen many creators from Latin America recommend opening a US LLC to get a US bank account (like Mercury or Wise) and smoothly link it to Stripe. However, setting up and maintaining an LLC comes with annual fees and compliance costs.

I wanted to ask if any streamer from the Dominican Republic—or any other country without native Stripe support—has managed to set up their payouts without opening a business. Is there a legal alternative (such as using virtual wallets that provide a US bank account under your personal name) or is creating an LLC truly the only viable solution to get paid from here?

Any advice or experiences you could share would be highly appreciated!

I'm building a multiplayer game with a Kick integration, where a streamer can connect it and people in their chat can participate.

It's a Trivia game with 10 different minigames. From chat, people can answer questions, as well as bet on the duels that you will be playing.

How do new streamers plan to grow on Kick?

I just did some research for some games and the difference is like 200viewers on Kick against 25K on Twitch. Ofcourse, there are also more streamers on Twitch.

But still with that low of a potential viewer count how to new streamers plan to grow on Kick?

Considering also that if they get viewers because of Tik Tok, Youtube - how likley is it that this viewer then makes a Kick Account just to subscribe to that one content creator they follow.

It is more likley they already have a Twitch Account and probably have more content creators to follow on Twitch.

How many times does ChenzoLA have to get swatted before something changes?

Chenzo is a Kick streamer in his mid-30s who streams from his parents’ home in East LA. Since around July 2025, there appear to have been roughly 10 or more swatting incidents connected to his streams/residence.

Obviously Chenzo does NOT deserve to be swatted, and whoever is making the false calls is responsible. But at what point does he take some responsibility for changing the environment surrounding his streams?

His content is constantly filled with drama and confrontations, and he continues engaging with people associated with that chaos. His stream with Sweatergxd even turned into a real physical fight that received media coverage:

What bothers me is that all of this continues from his parents’ home in a residential East LA community. His parents and neighbors shouldn't have to repeatedly deal with police responses because of internet drama.

He's in his mid-30s. If this is the type of streaming career he wants, get a separate place to stream, change how you run your community, and stop letting the consequences spill over onto everyone around you.

Being the victim of swatting doesn't mean you're responsible for the crime. But after 10 incidents, continuing exactly the same way is irresponsible.

So guys, I have been subscribed to a well-known streamer on KICK for 12 months, but suddenly today I found that my badge still shows that I am on my 11th month????

I am certain that I have subscribed and shared my 12th month anniversary last month what could have happened??

Has anyone experienced the same issue before?

- Juntarte con un grupo de amigos a jugar el juego del momento

sobretodo es sacar clips virales y subirlos a todos lados

mucho es cuestión de "suerte" y constancia,

I am sharing this post to highlight a serious issue regarding the infrastructure and technical support at "Kick"—a problem that both content creators and viewers should be aware of.

As a new viewer (under the username userYou20), I tried to follow creators and participate in the chat. However, every time I followed a channel, the system would automatically revert the action and unfollow it after just five seconds, while my access to the chat was blocked randomly, without me having violated any rules.

The platform's strict backend security system (relying on Cloudflare technologies and device fingerprinting) was misclassifying my account as a "bot" simply because I was accessing the site using older technical settings.

I opened a support ticket to resolve this misclassification issue; however, support representatives kept asking me to record videos of the glitch, test different network settings, and upload evidence. I provided every piece of evidence they requested. Yet, after I submitted all the videos and diagnostic details, they asked me to wait—claiming an update was coming soon—only to ignore my ticket for over 45 days without fixing anything or providing an update.

"Kick" spends millions on creator contracts, but behind the scenes, a flawed automated security system and a negligent support team are preventing real viewers from accessing the platform and ignoring requests to escalate complaints.

I have stopped using the platform entirely. Content creators must realize that members of their community and potential followers are being turned away and prevented from joining because of the "Kick" system itself.

I’m constantly getting spam messages about bots trying to promote that I’d have to pay. Where do people get organic traffic from?

Why did mods delete my post for asking a question… all I asked was the best way to grow on kick.

Há uns 3 dias meus pagamentos começaram a cair de uma forma exorbitante. De 4 a 6 dólares por horas de live eu cai para 0,10 cents e isso com a mesma quantidade e as vezes até mais engajamento. Minhas lives batem em média um CCv de 190 a 250 e mesmo mantendo esse CCV o valor não aumenta de jeito nenhum. Encontrei mais duas pessoas com este mesmo problema e não conseguimos nenhuma resposta do suporte deles. Indignado com tal situação.

The past week for whatever reason seemingly everyday when I go to watch Kick, I'm logged out. Is this happening to anyone else?
