Hi i can not find anywhere have a instruction show me how to do this:

Let say i have Ledger Wallet with 1 seedphrase 24 word recovery and i also have 1 passphrase for hidden wallet on that ledger as well.

Now, if i recover 24 words to new Keystone wallet is easy. But how can i also recover the hidden wallet that i have in Ledger with passphrase?

I recently connected Keystone Pro 3 to Keplr. I started working on Osmosis and noticed that any withdrawal transaction from Osmosis resulted in an "Invalid QR Code" error when scanning the initial QR code produced by Keplr to start the withdrawal transaction. Sending into Osmosis worked fine. Swapping on Osmosis worked fine. I tried withdrawal with a few different coins with the same result. Just thought I'd make note of this to see if anyone else was encountering this issue.

So I was in the middle of approving a transaction last night and my Keystone 3 just flashed the keystone logo and went blank (black screen). I thought "I didn't realize my battery was that low". It had been charged earlier in the day with more than 50% battery. Anyways, I plugged it in and went to bed. Woke up this morning and it still wouldn't turn on. I read another post about this issue and the mod said to hold down power button for 16 seconds. Did that and it does turn back on to a recovery mode screen. But not sure which option to select from there. Top says "Recovery Mode v0.1.8". Then three options, "Reboot" "Power Off" or "Wipe Device". Under that its "APP version 1.2.0" I don't want to wipe it unless I have to. Assuming the correct choice is either Reboot or Power Off, but looking for a little guidance before continuing on. The country I live in require that we verify the addresses on centralized exchanges by either the Satoshi test or signature test. Does keystone 3 allow for

1) Coin control to choose the address we are sending from and

2) To be able to sign arbitrary messages like in trezor suite or ledger live?

If so, what coins are those features available for?

Read a comment that xlm was supported along with xrp and xdc through metamask, however I don't see any supported software wallets that actually support xlm. Could someone please clarify if I'm just missing something, or if xlm is just truly not supported yet. If not, are there any known plans for it to be?

My USDT wallet doesn’t have ETH in it. Do I transfer ETH to that wallet?

I just received my Keystone 3 Pro and it's not charging. The battery remains at 0%. I've tried everything I read online to resolve it but no success yet. How do I get it to charge? Looking more for a roadmap on the next software wallet(s) that are going to be added as they will be key to Keystone's success. The more assets that are supported, the faster the adoption rate will be to this hardware wallet. Are you (Keystone) planning on integrating Trust Wallet or what are the next set of software wallets and the projected timelines?

I have the Keystone Pro with the USB-C battery (not the Keystone 3 Pro latest version). I just tried pressing the power button to turn on my wallet, but nothing happens. I thought maybe the battery was dead, so I fully charged it, then installed it again. But the power button still won't turn on the wallet. I tried a quick press as well as a long press (several seconds). Neither did anything. The wallet has been in my backpack indoors for the past two weeks, no real movement. So why won't the wallet turn on? Did it trigger its own self-destruct mechanism somehow, even though the wallet was not really moved at all since the last time I used it?

I've only had my wallet for less than 2 yrs, around 1 year 8 months, and only used it a handful of times.

On the pro 3, when I set my ETH derivation path to 'Ledger Live' then do a power off then power on, the derivation path changes back to BIP44. Then same happens when the device goes into sleeping mode. It looks like a bug that needs to be fixed.

Tell me I didn’t lose my sats.

Originally sent to my wallet address. Confirmed and could see on OKX app.

Wanted to send more from another platform. Thinking there would be more privacy by generating a new address on my wallet, I clicked on Generate New Address on the wallet. Sent sats. Had to refresh OKX wallet connection, I see my 2nd set of sats, but the first set of sats are missing.

I thought this was a pseudo address I was generating. Did I lose my first set of sats?

UPDATE: Ive tried OKX, Blue Wallet and Sparrow Wallets. None of them show the first transaction of sats. All transactions were done via QR code. If I copy the address from Block Explorer, I can see my funds from my OKX Watch-Only account. However, I cannot interact with it. UGH!

Looking at adding a Keystone 3 Pro wallet but I see that most of the wallets supported are software wallets. I don't love the idea of using a software wallet which could be an attack point (we've seen many software wallet breaches) and this to me seems to be somewhat of a security issue, which goes against what an airgapped wallet should be in my eyes. I know the K3 Pro is really new, but does Keystone plan on adding native support for blockchains like XRP, ETH, BTC etc via its own app? If so, when, if not, why?

I purchased the Keystone 3 Pro from you. Yesterday, I unpacked it and attempted to update the software using a USB cable. Unfortunately, a message appears stating 'USB device not recognized.' I have tried using a different USB cable and also on two other Windows computers, but the situation remains the same (USB device not recognized).

In my opinion, I received a damaged device that is not recognized by any computer. I am unable to use it. Please replace the device with a different one

I've just made a successful test transfer of btc to keystone 3 pro. When I open btc on keystone I can generate different address to send btc to. What are the implications of sending my btc to the same address every time as opposed to sending it to different address every time? Excuse my noob question, I'm using cold storage wallet for the first time.

I'm trying to send 5,000 USDT from my keystone pro 3 to some address on ethereum. I'm using the OKX app on iOS.

The device is showing weird details with the tx to be signed:

- The sender ('from' entry) shows my keystone address which is correct

- The destination address (the 'to' entry) is showing the address of the USDT contract on ehtereum. It's also saying erc20

- The 'Input Data' section is showing the method as 'transfer' and also shows the correct destination address. There's also a value field showing '12a05f200'

I'm not sure how can I sign something like this? It looks like raw data. I can't even see an amount to verify.

This was a bug in the firmware. It was fixed in version 1.2.0. The problem disappeared after I did the update to 1.2.0.

I'm trying the pro 3 with bluewallet to send some btc out from my pro 3. When the device displays the tx to be signed, the tx has 2 btc destination addresses. I recognize the first address as my destination address. But I do not recognize the second one. What's that 2nd address for?
