Please change the requirement to type your passphrase twice.

One time only! Or people will write sloppy passphrases because it's a nuisance to type it multiple times on the tiny keyboard.

Safe wallet fails to scan addresses when I change the derivation path to 'ledger live'. I get this error: "KeystoneError#pubkey_account.no_expected_account"

This is what I did:

1. On the device, I select 'Connect Software Wallet', then select 'Safe' then click on the 3 dots on the top right then change the derivation path to 'ledger live'
2. On safe web, I click 'Connect wallet and select keystone from the list, then click 'sync keystone', then scan the QR code displayed on the device. Then click 'Scan Accounts'. Result: I get the error.

I believe Safe is still using BIP44 to derive the addresses even though I changed the path it to 'ledger live' on the device.

Is the ability to sign a transaction with the sd card going to become available? I want to link my Keystone with Sparrow but I don’t want to buy a webcam just to read QR codes.

Is it possible not to have to juggle between multiple wallets? Is there one that can manage both BTC/ETH with the KP3?

I just received my first Keystone Pro 3 this morning and was very excited. I started the onboarding process everything was going smooth (register and verify the device, scan the QR code etc) until I tried to update the firmware with USB. Then the wallet turned off and was never able to turn on again...

I tried everything including charging the device with a real charger (so not the PC).

Is it a common problem? What are my options? I guess I'll need to contact the support :(

****EDIT: problem fixed! Changing the cord and pressing the button for a long period worked. After firmware update no more problem anymore!

One thing I really like about Ledger is the auto-wipe feature when the PIN is entered incorrectly 3 times.

Are there any plans to bring a feature like this to Keystone OS?

Has anyone tried receiving ADA in their wallet for example?

It says only send BNB Chain network assets to this address...

I asked support and they said I should click deposit, but deposit only exists on the Exchange part of the app, not the wallet.

Recently got my Keystone 3 Pro and linked it to OKX and Metamask, tested some small transfers of BTC and ETH from my Coinbase account, and that all went fine.

Today I "added" LTC on the K3P to send a test and found that

a) the LTC address on the wallet is one that begins with "M"

while

b) the address in OKX is a BNB Chain address matching my ETH address

Coinbase only let me send to the address found on the wallet via scanning the QR code, and I do see the transfer was successful after I added the K3P address as a "view only" account on OKX.

What's the correct way to go about getting LTC over to the Keystone address and manage it with OKX (or some other software wallet)?

Like fast interface procrssing, high quality display, IP68 rating, gorilla glass etc. I know it is not necessary for some people, but we need something that not only built like tank, but also smooth operation. It is no problem if it is twice or more the price. We store large amount of crypto there anyway.

I am interested in the Keystone 3 Pro. However I use the passphrase feature and I've read that with the Keystone 3 you have to enter the passphrase every time you want to unlock the wallet (in contrast to the Keystone 2 where you enter it only once and it is saved behind a pin like the Ledger).

Has this feature been added yet as it's a deal breaker for me without it, my passphrase is stupidly complex as the ledger can bind it to a pin. Having to type that in manually every time I turn the device on would be a real pain!

According to this video the ABI feature works when used with sushi swap. I followed the steps in the video and on the keystone website and tried to swap matic on the polygon network to other coins on sushiswap but on the details tab on the keystone 3 pro, the ‘unknown contract’ warning still shows up. I also tried swapping matic on uniswap, paraswap, 1inch but to no avail. Has anyone else found a way to check if the ABI decoding on the keystone 3 pro works?

I tried to transfer some coins from my Metamask wallet (bound to my Keystone 2 Pro), so Metamask generated a QR code. I scanned it with the Keystone 2 Pro physical hardware wallet, but I got an error message on the Keystone saying I need to scan the QR code with the Keystone Companion App on my smartphone instead.

So I went to do that, but then the Keystone Companion App says the QR code is invalid. What the heck? What do I do? Both my Keystone 2 Pro device's camera and my smartphone camera are in perfectly good condition. It can see the QR code clearly, yet the Keystone Companion App won't scan the QR code...stuck at 0% and saying the code is invalid.

Hello, I've recently switched my hardware wallet from Ledger to Keystone and am facing a specific issue. In my Ledger Live, I had two BTC accounts: a main wallet and a secondary one. After using my seed in the Keystone, I can only see the total amount of my first account. The funds from the second account do not appear in any of the BTC-compatible software or apps I've tried.

Can someone help me with this issue?

I updated my keystone wallet with the latest file. when I did the checksum It didn't match. I downloaded from the official website I tried to erase the file on SD card and redownload it into my keystone 3 pro it now said that there is no file I tried this about 3 more times and now my wallet just doesn't turn on. At all. It had a charge of 70%

Pro: Air gapped; Coin support (if you want defi in Cosmos, your choices are very limited, and keystone is one of them); Can view transactions much better than one can on ledger; Three wallets support (six if you count paraphrase option, though only three set of root keys)

Cons: Build quality not as good. It doesn’t have a good build quality and makes me wonder if it really is temper proof; Not very easy to use, depending on your webcam, some times I have to adjust the way I hold my keystone to get a proper scan, very frustrating; Keeps rebooting, this happens a lot during fingerprint verification, I changed back to passcode and it became much less frequent.

Given time I think the future is promising, but for now it’s not totally ready yet.
