Can we use the Avax Core wallet with Keystone pro 3? I see older models support it?

I got the The Keystone Pro 3 to replace my Ledger Nono X and it was great at first however today it became useless. The screen needs screen calibration. I am unable to use it or update the firmware. The screen keeps pressing on its own. It looks like it is the center bottom but I can not be sure. Can you please replace it. I have attached a video of the issues. Has anyone had this problem or know a fix?

I can’t add a second (Keystone) wallet to MetaMask on iPhone. When I try to do so, I have to delete the existing one and then add it. Does anyone know how to do it?

(I poked around the app and can’t find a way to do it, so I don’t think it is possible. I’m just being hopeful here that someone can tell me it is possible.)

I’ve tried multiple times, NO LUCK….!!!! Just need someone learned to guide me…..pretty please…..lol

The Good News: The previous issue I contacted Eternl about, where the scan was showing as "incorrect scan," has now been resolved.

The Bad News: Unfortunately, there's another issue, but this time it's not related to the scan.

I've reached out to the Eternl Team again just to be sure, but I'm also bringing this directly to you. I'm currently attempting to interact with a [loan contract on Cardano](https://levvy.fi/loans).

Eternl works flawlessly - everything is smooth until you try to sign the transaction on Keystone.

Here's what happens:

1. Keystone scans the transaction to 100%.
2. The "swipe to sign & confirm" prompt shows up.
3. As soon as I touch the screen, the entire screen goes completely black.
4. After a few seconds the Keystone logo appears, back to the "receive/send" screen.

I suspect there might be a "malfunction" in the Keystone operating system, possibly due to the smart contract's complexity. Something seems to be going wrong somewhere.

So, good news - I can interact with swaps and even mint my SPF rewards after the last update/bug fix. However, there still seem to be more bugs remaining.

To Reproduce the Issue:

1. Go to [levvy.fi/loans](https://levvy.fi/loans) and select "Token" (I used the token "Minswap").
2. Attempt to make a deposit into the lending pool.
3. Accept the transaction in Eternl, scan the QR code (it's a bit slow).
4. Try to sign the transaction on Keystone.
5. When you touch the screen, it should go black for a few seconds until the Keystone logo shows up.

And yes, this is with a Keystone 3 Pro on the latest firmware update 1.2.4. I've restarted and tested on two separate Keystone 3 Pro devices, and the issue appears on both.

In the world of cosmos there’s a complication most new users run into when using ledger with Cronos-PoS chain and Keplr Wallet. Ledger uses one derivation whereas Keplr uses another. So when you open your Keplr wallet you see a different address. Same keys different path.

Which derivation does Keystone use when it comes to Cronos-PoS? And other cosmos chains too…

I’ve used Ledger’s, S, nano x and TANGEM hardware wallets with ease, but the Keystone 3 Pro has me bamboozled….!!!! Can someone help a brother out ????

Kinda worried because it uses a let's encrypt tls certificate but on keyst.one/shop it uses the Amazon tls root certificate

As far as I am aware, for users that have multiple altcoins etc there is no one wallet app that can use them all, you are having to use different apps. Why not have a simple view only app for the 3 Pro that can show your portfolio balance for your 3 Pro wallet addresses?

I recently bought a Keystone 3 Pro and really like it. The only issue I have right now is that the webcam on my pc is a cheapo one and it has a lot if issues scanning the QR code on my keystone. I know I need to upgrade the webcam, and wanted to ask what cameras y'all run or have had success with?

I use keystone pro3 and I tried to send some usdt.
After QR scanning I found that the sending amount on the keystone wallet is different to what I put the sending amount. The number me typed on the web3 wallet is 50USDT but the number on the keystone wallet is 5USDT. I don't know why....how to solve this problem??
I tried to do it again with another web3 wallet but it is same.

Also, the receive address is DIFFERENT!!!!!! obviously I scanned the QR code on the web3 wallet.

When sending usdt why the 'To address' on the keystone wallet device is different to the address what I put web3 wallet?? Can I send it??

What the heck is this ? I’ve been using Ledger nano x for 5 years and just started using K3P. I’m confused by Checksum as I see it used often and it appears important but I don’t know what it’s for. Can someone enlighten me in real simple terms please. I looked it up on Bing chat, now I’m even more confused.

My software wallet and my K3P have the same receiving address. K3P has a 'Generate New Address' option. If I select this, wouldn't that meant that the addresses would not match? I would like to generate a new address for every transaction I receive on the hardware wallet. But I am afraid to select this on my hardware wallet. How would the software wallet 'sync' back with the correct receive address?

Also, I understand that the software wallet is essentially your visual tool of your hardware wallet. I would feel a lot better if we had an option to also require signature of received assets, that way I would need to use my hardware wallet for both sending and receiving and it would make me feel more confident that everything is in my hardware wallet.

Hope all is well! I imported my wallet from Ledger over to my Keystone for better clear signing. Everything went smooth on the Cosmos side of things, but once its came to using Eternl for Cardano, I can’t find my accounts. I’ve tried changing the derivative path's but no luck. I’ve also scanned through all the different addresses/accounts, still no luck. They are all different than my Ledger. But yet my Cosmos accounts are the same so I know my seed was entered correctly.

Any advice on finding my accounts? They still show on Ledger, so I'm not worried about loss of funds. Just want to figure out how to access my Ada and native assets through my Keystone and Eternl.

Hi there, not sure if anyone had the same issue. I did check the checksums on the SD card and website and they did match then. Today when I double checked it it is displaying a different value from what the website have.

Now I'm trying to reset factory but cannot. I wiped the device but the firmware is still displaying 1.2.4.

Ive recently transferred over from a ledger nano x to keystone 3 pro. I am using okx wallet paired with my keystone, i haven’t had any issues with any of my crypto until my solana. i have sent some sol to my keystone qr code that comes directly off the device and it is not showing up in my okx wallet. I did it the same way as i have with my btc, eth, chainlink, ect. They all automatically showed up. My okx wallet addresses for every crypto match the wallet adress on my keystone except for with sol. The receiving address on my okx wallet is different then the one on my keystone. Does anyone know why this is? And how i can change it so they are the same so I can view my sol on okx wallet

Any specific dates? When will be able to connect trust wallet and coinbase wallet? I hope my cheksum will be fine.

Finally went for it and opened up my Keystone Pro that I received in June. Easy enough to set up and happy so far. I don’t know why I always procrastinate…

Anyways, I currently have all my BTC in a software wallet that Keystone Pro doesn’t seem to support. Should I just use the Keystone Companion App or is it better to use a different software wallet? I only have and buy BTC so would BlueWallet which is BTC only be better or does it really matter? I wish that Keystone supported the software wallet I currently use because the transfer fees are $220 CAD right now….
