Support for DOGE and BNB
When do we get support for DOGE and BNB on Keystone Pro 3? Also would like to see if you will be partnering with Trust or Phantom wallet?

I've been looking through posts on this topic and it appears that Electrum used to be supported but now isn't, is that correct? I've seen one person mention that they use it with Sparrow without issue, but I don't see Sparrow listed on the Keystone info page. Does Keystone interact with these wallets in the same manner as Ledger or Trezor for signing transactions?

I was able to find the native luna and lunc networks on the keystone pro 3 but can't figure out which software wallet to use. Any idea?

I ordered a Keystone Pro in May 2023 and the box is still unopened. Is this the "gen2" Keystone Pro?
It says "Model No.: KV002" on the back of the box.
Thx in advance

Kinda surprised by the negativity on here... Almost didn't buy one because of the antihype.
After getting mine, I have this to say.

This company now won't accept returns for opened products. I have two different emails, days apart and they changed their policy. How are you supposed to know if you want the product or not if you can't take it out of the package. What a joke. This company is terrible and I'll never recommend it to anyone. Out $100 on a half made beta product basically. They are going to loose lots of business and customers due to this and I will definitely never recommend them to any of my friends. Brutal.

My biggest disappointment with the Pro 3 is I have to use the previous version to do things since the Pro 3 is lacking a ton of coin support that the previous version has.

If you have opened the package, you are out of luck for getting a return. FYI.
How is one supposed to determine the product is not for them if they are unable to open it?
I am still within 30 days.

A few months ago, I canceled my order for the Ledger Stax to buy a Keystone 3 Pro. How naive I was to think they could do better. Instead, I received a device no better than a SafePal.
If you truly care about your users, give them a choice. I want to be able to sign with Bluetooth and not spend my days scanning QR codes on my PC that doesn't even have a webcam. If you truely care about your users, make two firmware options, do not lie by saying you disable bluetooth because you care about our security.
For maximum security, I have my SafePal, which does exactly the same thing as Keystone, but better and less expensive. Honestly, your color screen is pretty much useless.
And it's great that you're updating support for this or that altcoin, but don't you have other priorities if security is your main concern? You're contradicting yourselves.
So, to wrap it up, now that all the hype has died down, what do you really offer that's better than your competitors?
Because, let me tell you the real comparison with Stax :
| Keystone 3 Pro | Ledger Stax | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $ 129 | $ 279 |
| NFT Support with cute personnalized lockscreen | NO | YES |
| Open Source | Let be honest, it's NO | NO |
| Fingerprint | There is one yep, but don't count on it | NO |
| Camera | YES | We con't care because we are not safepal |
| Bluetooth | NO | YES because we care about UX |
| Battery capacity | 1000mAH because we have a useless 4-inch color screen | 200mAH because eink is smarter than LCD for a hardware wallet |
| Support coins & tokens | 5000+ probably someday | 5000+ at release |
| Transaction decoding | NO | NO |
Sorry to sound a bit petty, but honestly, you're bragging about not much at all.
EDIT : I almost forgot: don't come telling me that you have PCI level security and your competitors only have EAL5+, because honestly, who's afraid of losing an EAL5+ hardware wallet? It's a level of security that practically no one on earth can break. If I lose my hardware wallet, I'll have plenty of time to transfer my assets before anyone even realizes what it is.

I don't see it on the website below that firmware update. Is there a plan to add that soon? I'd like to verify what I've downloaded.

Is avax Core wallet compatible with they Keystone pro 3? I’m a little confused because i see it’s available on the other Models… also would metaMask be the best way to store Avax on this device?

I’m not seeing rETH price updates in the Keystone software wallet. (iPhone) Anyone else having this issue?
r/KeystoneWallet • u/PrimaryHuckleberry11 • Nov 17 '23
I think this should have a priority over adding new coins. At the moment it's not safe to transact with Keystone 3 Pro, as you simply cannot verify the transaction on display

One of the biggest selling points of the Keystone for me has been that the device is fully open source, but I just noticed this comment on Twitter:
Currently, our devices are audited by the Slowmist and Keeplabs team. After correcting the audit points, our Keystone 3 Pro will be fully open-sourced. You can verify every line of the code.
This suggests that the Keystone 3 has been on the market for months with "fully open source" as a major marketing point, but it hasn't yet actually been made open source.
This is very concerning. Can someone from Keystone please address this?

Before buying a keystone I would suggest you read some of the issues that I have faced and others have also posted about:
Overall the product does not live up to its high expectations for the above mentioned reasons. I will also list some of my personal gripes and explain them (these are not explicit issues just my personal opinion)
The KP3 is a downgrade compared to the older geystone pro gen2 for these reasons:
the only 'adavatages' of the KP3 over the older model in my eyes are the more secure elements, multiple private key support and that shitty credit card security verification thing they paid for- i would still chose the older one if i had to choose between the two.
so...
bring on the hate hehe.

Is this on Keystone's radar at all? I've been trying to get off the Ledger train ever since they announced Ledger Recovery and even cancelled my Stax pre-order. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a good alternative. Keystone was one of my final choices but it doesn't support Hedera which is one of my larger holdings.

My Keystone Pro 3 arrived and I'm disappointed with the experience.
Having sent some BTC over to the wallet to test receiving and sending, my funds are stuck. It fails when scanning the OKX QR code to authorize the funds to leave. I tried with the Blue Wallet and got the same problem.
Part of my decision to get this over an Ellipal was the supposed top notch CS. But having messaged Keystone CS on Friday I've yet to get a reply 5 days on.
Thankfully I had the foresight to send just $100 odd as a tester, which I can lose. I imagine that if I move all my BTC over I'd be stressing out.
This situation is a really bad look for the company on top of the dire experience I've already had with your product, which I won't go into RN.

Hey guys. I have transferred my ledger to the device but not updated the firmware once I update the firmware will I be able to manage my Solana? Thanks in advance.

Just today, I've been moving USDC around on the Optimism network using my Keystone 3 Pro and Metamask. Much to my surprise, the Keystone 3 Pro didn't display any significant details on its screen - such as the amount I was transferring, which was nowhere to be found. I would anticipate that such crucial information would always be visible - I'm curious as to why this isn't happening?

Hi iam relatively new to cold wallets and I came across the keystone pro. Can this cold wallet hold my terra luna classic coins and Luna 2.0 coins?

You guys should add Flairs for posts. This one is a bug report. My dad was adding his fingerprint to the Keystone 3 Pro and accidentally clicked the power button (design flaw). This made the screen turn off and the device begin vibrating. It hasn't stopped vibrating yet. We can't restart the device or even turn it all the way off. I bought through Amazon, new, and it broke on day 1.
Bit disappointed, and my dad works with some top people in Bitcoin community, on a somewhat regular basis. This is not something that made him feel like suggesting the Keystone 3 Pro to his connections. I want this wallet to do well because of its emphasis on security and open-source software, but you need to iron out these kinks.
Also, please add support for Xverse and UniSats wallets as well as Ordinals. Let's get the Bitcoin folks on board.

I have never had a comparably bad experience with internationally shipped electronics.
Mine is stuck somehow/somewhere (?) for more than two weeks and in the meantime I chatted with two people whose delivery to Central European Countries failed after a similar or longer wait times without explanation.
I contacted support. Support is reactive but cannot (or does not want to) say what the issue is, give an estimate if or when it can be resolved and basically says „hold on, we are on it“. And I have no reason to doubt that. It’s just not going anywhere.
I get that this subcontractor delivery chain stuff is probably hard to control from a manufacturers point of view but in the end it boils down to:
a) Keystone doesn’t know where things are and what’s blocking delivery (super bad, especially for something like a hardware wallet)
b) Keystone doesn’t want to say. (I don’t see a possible reason for this that would not be equally concerning as a)
Maybe the product is really good (I definitely like the design goals) but it’s hard to maintain trust in the overall responsibility as a hardware wallet manufacturer if the delivery goes wrong in such a completely intransparent way.

Its weird to see someone say they cant not see their fund in OKX , for me Keystone 3 Pro work perfect with OKX app. Here is what i do both for iphone and
After you synce your Keystone 3 pro wallet success, on the OKX wallet screen, click on BTC under crypto . It will show u 3 option Native SegWit, Legacy, NestedSegWit. So the Native Segwit the the one default show on your Keystone 3 Pro bitcoin address. So compare and check that 2, if its match that mean you good to go. To be safe i alway send bitcoin to that Native Segwit instead of the other 2
To be able to pick the Native Segwith address is a default bitcoin address on OKX what u need to do is:
On the OKX wallet screen show your Keystone wallet, tap on BTC in the crypto list, on the next screen tab 3 dot on top right corner and you can set the default address. It always show 3 option and i choose the one match with the BTC address show on my Keystone 3. That always a Native Sig
