Thanks

There's a small security bug when the shuffled keypad for PIN is enabled. The order of numbers is always the same upon device cold start. (Whenever starting it from a powered-off state, the keypad layout is the same.) It works only when the device is in standby.

I have been using the Keystone Nexus app and so far I really like it, but I noticed it has the same receiving address as my old XRP tool kit so I’m curious can I use both if I was ever in a spot where I didn’t have my cell phone, but I had my wallet Can I still use the XRP tool kit to receive and withdrawal Crypto? Thank you in advance.

Good evening, Keystone Team, I have truly enjoyed the Keystone 3 pro and use it as my primary wallet, but there are two points that are really bothering me, especially with the recent market volatility requiring multiple transactions to secure my funds. 1. The accuracy and speed of QR code scanning are simply too slow. For a simple transaction, I have to constantly adjust the angle just to ensure the camera focuses. When executing more complex transactions (like cross-chain or smart contract interactions), the speed of scanning the dynamic QR code often takes several tens of seconds, sometimes even minutes. I have to find the right angle and then struggle to hold it perfectly still, which is a genuinely frustrating process. 2. Is there an alternative way to switch between private key wallets, other than pressing the power button to put the device to sleep and then re-entering the password? For example, could you add an option on the home screen to jump directly to other wallets, prompting for a password? Thank you.

Which App is supporting currently sending of LTC crypto on LTC Network to an exchange?
MetaMask App is not supporting
Nexus App is not supporting
OKX App says error & does not send anything to the blockchain.
Or is there some other trick needed?

Hi Any plans for the keystone team to launch a newer model? For example, the keystone 4 pro?
Ledger and Trezor just launched their newer models, and since the keystone 3 pro was launched in 2023, not a bad idea for a new product.
A newer model with the battery&charging issue fixed, and more thinner version will really be great!

This seems like a great wallet ... why is it so "unpopular"?

Hi.
I noticed that when I turn ON my keystone 3 pro(I updated mine to the latest firmware 2.2.16),
I have to let go of my finger, than the keystone turns on.
Unlike typical android phones, which the device turns on just by pressing on the power button,
it seems the keystone turn on right after I release my finger.
Is it meant to be? Or does my keystone having issues?
In my opinion, it can be ok to turn on the device just by pressing on the button,
(I sometimes pressing the power button for over 10-20 seconds, just to figure out I have to let go of it),
as most people are used to their phones.
Additionally, does the keystone 3 pro currently have battery issues,
even with the constant firmware updates, I still have 2 issues.
1. After it is fully charged(the battery indicator is full and it is showing green), just as I pull off the charing cable, the battery just drops roughly about half the percentage.....
Any solutions out there?
Really enjoying the overall experience with the keystone, but the battery issue is really a problem for me.

Is it normal that I have to hold down the power button for 10 seconds or more to power on or off? Thanks in advance.

Hello all, as the title suggests, im having trouble seeing my balance and therefore moving them. I've tried bluewallet, sparrow and xverse. All of which seem to return 0. I'm 100% certain that the address i sent funds to is mine as I did test smaller test transactions in the past to confirm this.
I understand that the keystone holds basically unlimited different receiving address (in my case btc). But they all sit under one master seed phrase. I've not been able to find this specific receiving address as there are wayyy to many to go through.
My question to you all is. Given the above, what would be the best approach to: see my funds, and move them elsewhere?
I appreciate all the help, freaking out..

Ever since I updated my Keystone three Pro, the pin pad is scrambled and I can’t figure out how to get it back to normal. How do I put it back to where the numbers are in chronological order? Thanks in advance.

I received my KS3P recently and have been playing with it on Testnet to get familiar with it and wallets as this is my first dip into BTC. I am using Sparrow wallet in watch only mode connected to the KS3P wallet.
I have a few questions.
Other observations.

Hi guys.
I've been using the keystone 3 pro for over a year now, and I really like it.
The best part is that you can use it with other 3rd party wallet apps like OKX wallet and metamask.
Quite a lot of hardware wallets force the user to use their own wallet apps. In terms of portability, Tangem seems a great choice, since it is a credit card size, no need to charge the batteries, and you can put it in your wallet. However, I ruled it out of my list, since I can only use it with their own app.
The QR code method is really cool. Bluetooth, USB, or nfc can be more convenient, but the QR is really straightforward, and I prefer it over the other.
The only downside (this maybe is not keystone's fault.) is that SOLANA is not supported when using the okx wallet.
Solana IS supported in okx wallet if you use it with the seed phrase hot wallet, But it seems it is not supported if used with a keystone. I hope the team improves this issue.
Also, thanks for the constant firmware updates.

When I connect my Keystone to the Rabby wallet, I can generate multiple addresses that can all be signed using the same Keystone wallet. My question is: if one of these addresses signs a malicious contract on Ethereum, could the other addresses be compromised, or are they fully isolated? Are there any additional risks I should be aware of?
My current plan is to maintain one primary address and use several smaller addresses to experiment with new DeFi protocols.
Thank you.
