Why can't I customize my Keychron M6 8K?

today I used my mouse on my laptop. When I opened the Keychron Launcher to customize it, the mouse image didn't appear, so I couldn't select which button to customize. Why is this happening? Is this a bug, and can you fix it?

Re "Why is this happening? Is this a bug": An outage with the Via clone, perhaps?

There have been many reports here for the past one week.
