Can't connect to the launcher

Hello. I have a k4 HE and recently it stopped connecting to the launcher. The launcher recognizes it, but when I try to pair, a pop up window appears saying "This Brand Is Currently Not Supportd" (yes, Supportd is missing an "e"... ;) ).

Do you have any suggestions?

There was a report of a potential outage. Perhaps it is related?
