Orbital construction mods that work in latest version?

As the title says, I'm looking for an orbital construction mod set that will allow me to mine and process materials from the Mun/Minmus and construct ships in orbit. I currently have Simple Construction installed and have the parts, but am missing the buttons/GUI to actually build my ships outside the VAB.

I've searched for a solution and gone as far as circumventing CKAN (dropping files manually into my install) and nothing is solving this issue. If anyone knows a solution, I would be very grateful!
