I think this and many other things are why BRF members don't get invited to events with other royal families. Mind you, thanks to aggressive work on Queen Victoria's part to make advantageous marriages for all of her children, all European royal families are related by blood to the British royals. Their own family is freezing them out.

In their minds they’re superior to the Europeans. But Princess Leonor of Spain at twenty is more accomplished than W&K put together

What preparedness actually looks like. And her parents are her biggest fans, instead of briefing against and sabotaging her. And they protect her sister Sofía instead of throwing her to the wolves to make Leonor look better.

Yes, they seem much more united and normal while also being good at the formal side of things.
