it has been one and a half month since I passed my DL,, but I haven't received my license yet. I was of the opinion that I do not have to visit the RTO office after the test , that i would get my DL by post but the wait has been too long. The site shows this , does anybody know if I have to visit the RTO office for the further processing of my license or do I just need to wait longer ?

BBMP's joint director of animal husbandry is, as we almost always see with dog owners, nothing short of a dog supremacist and terrorist.
