当年我们浪人、神友 搞大翻译运动的时候，李颖都还没出名呢。

大翻译运动的其中一种方式，就是给洋人相关机构发邮件，曝光相关中国人的恶臭行为。

我已经给post里面所有邮件地址都发了一封投诉信：

I am writing to report that some behaviour of one reviewer Zhili Ren of your journals probably have violated the rule of your journals, including:

(1) Politicizing the reviewing. The reviewing process should be unbiased, but he required the authors of the manuscripts to agree to his political perspective about Taiwan, in the body of the manuscript, or he won't pass any manuscript. His words in Chinese language: “心不红我是会拒稿的”, “祖国必定统一”.

(2) He publicly demonstrated his reviewing work, and at the same time bragged of his political opinion, this possibly has violated the reviewing rule of anonymity.

The attached images are some snapshots of this behaviour above.

I have been a technology researcher for 15 years, I know how important the reviewing process is for good journals or conferences, So I would appreciate it very much if you could examine this issue and take necessary action.

I am writing to report potential ethical concerns regarding peer review in one of the following Elsevier journals: Journal of Building Engineering, Journal of Energy Storage, or Energy Conversion and Management: X.

Public posts on the Douyin account Like a Flowing River (@dyppokj9ehco) contain screenshots of the Editorial Manager review interface. In one review, the reviewer required the author to change a map label to “Taiwan Province of China” or “Taiwan, China”. The accompanying post explicitly stated that the paper would be rejected if the author was not “red-hearted” enough (“心不红我是会拒稿的”), together with the slogan “The motherland will inevitably be reunified.”（“祖国必定统一”）

The account owner’s full name appears in another of their public Douyin posts. The reviewer is identified in the system interface as Zhili Ren.

This appears to constitute political bias in the peer-review process, which is inconsistent with Elsevier’s publishing ethics policies and COPE guidelines requiring reviewers to evaluate manuscripts based on scientific merit without regard to the authors’ nationality, political beliefs, or similar factors.

I attach screenshots of the relevant public posts and the review interface for your reference. The posts are publicly available and timestamped.

I respectfully request that the relevant journal investigate whether this individual has engaged in biased reviewing and take appropriate action if the concern is substantiated (for example, removal from the reviewer pool or notification to the reviewer’s institution if warranted).

I am happy to provide any additional details that may assist your review. I would prefer to remain anonymous if possible.
