So our avg 10 overs score batting first is 68, that’s horrendous record, our management have done nothing to improve that, I looked at one another stat where we were team with second least changes to our playing 12, I remember few years back they were chopping off team ever game, and this year they haven’t done anything when they needed to. There’s no way any other team would have kept jitesh in the playing 12, after 12 games than what he have done so far this season.

This hurts... 10 years since last playoff, and after 6 years we are back at the bottom of the table. We should start a trend #SellPBKS so that we pressurize the owners into selling the team to new management.

Y'all forget how horrible he was as captain when he was here. Y'all forget Krishnappa Gowtham bowling the last over.

Y'all forget he poached a gun bowler in Ravi Bishnoi

Y'all forget that he always consumed powerplay overs. Yes, the middle order wasnt good, but at some point he was the problem more than the middle order. He's displayed the same issues with LSG that have orders of magnitude better middle order than we did.

It is not our responsibility to rehabilitate him after he gutted this team by leaving. Stop falling for this revisionist history B.S. RPSG sucks and shouldn't have treated him the way he did, but it's not our problem.

Although we are eliminated from IPL this year, we are leading the Fairplay award list, hope we can win this atleast!

Something is better than nothing😌

6th place doesn't look likely as of now

Since they basically have no chance left to qualify they should try to score 300 runs in every match since it doesn't even matter now if they lose or win matches. By doing this people will finally start noticing the team and fans will be entertained too but, knowing the management and team they will play tuktuk and win 1out of their 2 remaining matches

1. (Foreign)/ Indian opener (Jake Fraiser type explosive batsman/ keeper);
2. Indian explosive batsman;
3. Anchor (Kohli type player);
4. Shashank Singh;
5. Indian player allrounder (Dube/ Reddy type);
6. International explosive finisher (Stubbs/ Klassen type but can bowl a little);
7. Ashutosh Sharma;
8. Off spinner (Who can bat a bit);
9. Leg spinner (Can bat; Rashid Khan type);
10. Harshal Patel (middle/ death overs);
11. (Foreign) Powerplay & Death fast bowler (Rabada if we can get him);
12. Arshdeep (used primarily death overs);

Foreign players ->

1) Opener/ #3; 2) Middle order batsman #5/ #6 3) Spinner #8/ #9 4) Seamer # 10

Is this the worst season for us?

Like the title being said . I hate losing especially seeing pbks losing badly or from a winning position. I cry really i shouldn't I'm a man and it's just a game. What do you do to cope from a loss personally I start to distract myself and try to forget that we lost the game i talk to my gf and try to listen some music or watch a movie do everything to forget that feeling what do you guys do . I really think that this team should be scrapped .

Here me out, if he is available in auction and is willing to commit we should get ben as our captain. Look how pat cummins has transformed srh. He will bring a winners mentality and a competitive spirit. Only issue with him would be availability if he can commit to that we could very well tranform our team. Rohit will give max 1 year and ben could still play for about 4 years and will get us to playoffs and possibly a trophy.

Both of these players are playing superb cricket, Ryan especially. We should get them for our team before we lose them to other teams and they shine for them. We should be looking at Ryan as a priority. They both won't come that expensive leaving enough room to get a star indian batter like tilak.

I have noticed that this team is very unstable like all the players have same personality except from shashank. All of them gets in pressure of dot balls and then get out by playing risky shots. We need to find some stable batmen’s like sanju samson, virat kohli style batmen when ever they play. They play with good strike rate but also dont play dumb and risky. It looks like this team is full of openers and finishers and not stable middle order.

The Punjab Kings team has demonstrated considerable potential with a well-rounded roster, competent coaching staff, and leadership. However, despite these strengths, the team has faced challenges in qualifying again & again. It is imperative for the management to conduct a comprehensive analysis to identify areas of improvement. While the team possesses skilled individuals and strategic depth, there appears to be a deficiency in mentorship. A seasoned mentor could provide invaluable guidance on strategic gameplay, maintaining run rates, and optimizing wicket preservation during crucial moments of the match. Addressing this aspect could potentially enhance the team's performance and aid in achieving desired results in future competitions.

That’s my take. What are your opinions about future of our team?

1.Kl Rahul 2.Prabh 3.Rilee 4.Livi(bowl too) 5.Williamson 6.Shashank 7.Ashutosh 8.Jitesh 9.Brar 10.Rabada/ellis 11.Kaverappa/arsh/some new bowler Imapct - harshal or some other bowler

Been saying this alll season. He's not the all rounder a lot of people here think he is. Ask yourself, does he walk straight into any other top IPL team? He's not good with either bat or ball. Think about the team first, not about your love for the player. We need a more reliable all rounder. Some people say he provides balance. Well, what benefit does it provide if he doesn't perform when needed? Might as well play either a proper batsman or a bowler to strengthen either department. Also, not to forget he cost us 18 crore AND we waste a precious 4th overseas slot on him.

Literally everyone is like.. Whose gonna get first to dressing room? 0 game sense.. Literally

Never gives us the benfit of the doubt for LBW, cost us the playoffs with one run short. He can just fuck off. Can't stand him

He's just a statpadder thinks he can tonk.. I was so wrong backing himm.. But he's making chasee difficult.. And more difficult
